This place sucks. I drove all the way out to it at a time where they said they were open and the door was locked with no one around. I tried calling the number they had in the window and no one picked up. What's the point of a business that isn't even open and won't pick up the phone? Waste of gas and time.

I came into Classic Jewelers a few weeks ago to sell some jewelry and I was not disappointed at all. The man who attended me was very kind and knowledgeable. He had great customer service skills and was very patient as well. Would definitely recommend and will come back again.

Owner told me he would buy my gold and then said but go shop it around a bit first then come back and offer is still good. So I ended up coming back in the next day looking to cash in and he didn't want to buy it anymore. Went back on his word, not honest business man. Wouldn't recommend.

Awesome place! My girlfriend and I went ring shopping at Shane Co and my girlfriend picked out her band and stone there and fell in love with it. The price however (as a college student) was very expensive. I went to CJE and I showed Angelo exactly what we wanted and in 2-3 weeks he had the EXACT ring my girlfriend wanted from Shane Co at a much less expensive price. Totally helped a brotha out!! 10/10 recommend this place??

Couldn't be more pleased. I'm from the east coast. Bought a diamond bracelet here 5 years ago and was so impressed with the craftsmanship from this jeweler that I've been looking for an opportunity to come back.To match my ensemble i came in hoping to achieve and obtain several specific things. Namely, a diamond ring with diamonds set in a single line. A black ring that'd fit on my middle finger. And a ring for either my pointer or thumb. I'd have been okay of any of these had been fulfilled. So I'm very very pleased to say i got everything i wanted. BAM! Haha! whaat?!Angelo i believe, had the perfect diamond ring i came in for in a line with a slight wave to it that catches light and throws beautiful sparks like you wouldn't believe.In just a few hours he was able to resize an existing ring of mine to fit my pointer finger. And it looked brand new again when i got it back. Thanks for thatAnd the silver and black ring combo go really well either stacked together or separate. Can't decide which way i like more.Cool cool cool. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE to anyone. I truly hope it isn't another 5 years before i make it back.

Drove 45 minutes to come to Classic Jewelers because of the reviews and they closed at 5:30 instead of 6!!! He was walking out and we tried to talk to him and he straight up ignored me. I’m so upset about this. Then we’re sitting here trying to find another place to go and he shows up again 10 minutes later, has me roll down my window and asks if we needed something. Said yeah we came down to sell some jewelry but you closed early. Then he points to half a sheet of paper with tiny print saying that we just have to call and we didn’t have to leave a negative comment online. That’s the only reason he came back. He says “we’ll be getting it removed!” Like I’m going to come inside now. What poor customer service.

Angelo was awesome to work with!!! He is very upfront and true to his word. He custom made an engagement ring for me based off of one video I sent him and it looked identical! My fiancée is obsessed with her ring. He is super talented and worked with me to keep it in my price range. The prices here are also the best you are going to find!! I drove from Idaho just to pick up the ring and I would do it again in a heartbeat. If you need a ring, talk to Angelo today. You won’t regret it!

Extremely pleased with the service of this great place, owner has a can do attitude and was willing to design and build the engagement ring of my girls dreams! Will definitely recommend this place as a must see before buying engagement rings.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of rings and service we received at Classic Jewelers Exchange. Angelo was very focused on what we wanted and was not pushy at all. He was straightforward about pricing and quality and let us make the decisions. The ring was affordable and beautiful, just what we were looking for.
