i’m definitely going to go here every time I need something done for my Audi! although appointments are booked weeks in advance, it was nothing short of a great experience. Bob is the best in his craft and is very familiar with the audi/vw/porsche platform. Very honest and walked me through all of it. His prices are much better than dealership and I cannot recommend him enough. Do not go anywhere else

Had my oil changed from a different auto shop, telling me I needed some items replaced,
Got a quote from Bob and his hourly rate was very fair compared to the rest of the market, when I got there, he checked it out and let me know. There is really nothing that I needed to do in my car is fine. Educated me a little bit checked all my codes for free, extremely friendly guy Has been working on cars for over 40 years extremely intelligent. This is my go to, if you go anywhere else you're crazy regardless of how long the wait is.

If you have a vw, porsche, or audi - this is the place in the state to get it serviced. Bob has a breadth of knowledge and is always honest with his service and pricing. I've trusted him for years and my cars have always performed very well. Concourse receives my highest recommendation.

He is booked for 1 1/2 months out. Good reputation but can’t opine as couldn’t get an timely appointment. Who can wait a month or more to have their car serviced or looked at?

I cannot say enough about the service I received this morning. Bob, went above and beyond to troubleshoot a gas smell coming from my VW Tiguan. Even though he was very busy he took the time to locate the leak and to fix it, ensuring I was safe to drive. Thank you Concourse for taking care of me today.
