If you have a vw, porsche, or audi - this is the place in the state to get it serviced. Bob has a breadth of knowledge and is always honest with his service and pricing. I've trusted him for years and my cars have always performed very well. Concourse receives my highest recommendation.

He is booked for 1 1/2 months out. Good reputation but can’t opine as couldn’t get an timely appointment. Who can wait a month or more to have their car serviced or looked at?

I was referred here by a friend. Had an issue with my Eurovan that no one could figure out for years. I cannot say enough about the service I received this morning. Bob, went above and beyond to troubleshoot a gas smell coming from my VW Tiguan. Even though he was very busy he took the time to locate the leak and to fix it, ensuring I was safe to drive. Thank you Concourse for taking care of me today. I bought my boxster about 4 years ago. It has been one thing after another with her. But Bob always takes care of whatever issue comes up. Everytime, I get her back from Bob, I fall in love with her all over again. He always turns her back into the smooth beautiful ride she is destined to be. Bob is a best, hands down when it comes to mechanics! I wish he worked on Jeeps also!

Bob and Mandy!.. wow all I can say is wow, I have dealt with a lot of mechanics and a lot of nightmare experiences… I was referred by a colleague and everything he said was not only 100% true! But they had far exceeded my expectations Mandy is so incredible she is very consistent and definitely knows what she’s doing and how to treat a customer, and make them feel like family!.. I can’t even begin to express my gratitude for Bob he’s honest, has integrity, extremely hard-working, will not j*** you around with BS that most mechanics will do!.. and he’ll actually explain in layman‘s terms what he’s doing how he’s going to fix it, and then go over it again with you when you’re there! So when it comes to knowledge I know how he is second to none… Not only will I be a lifetime client but I will refer anyone to him without hesitation!..

I've been going to bob and Kevin since the Walters workshop days! Every time I've brought my cars to these guys it's done right the first time. You won't find a better Vw Audi Porsche shop than this. The dealers can't even touch these guys! The best shop In salt lake!
