Cassie is so knowledgeable about the industry. She helps take me through options that meet my needs and budget. I also bother her throughout the year about my health insurance policy and she’s always willing to help me out. In today’s unstable health insurance world, it’s so nice to have an advocate who stays on top of the rules and regulations to better serve clients. Cassie is ALL of that.

Amy Crosby saved my day!
I was in a full panic this morning to find insurance for our cabin(a second home) and I'm so Thankful I found Amy Crosby! Not only did she help me get coverage but she also saved me money!
As an added bonus, Amy is so personable, talking to her felt like chatting with a friend! She's amazing, she immediately eased my anxiety from my experience with my old insurance company and turned it into a great experience with her!

I had my auto insurance, Amy Crosby was my agent she doesn’t know anything I give all my information first time she gives me one policy for $123 per month and after one month the insurance company canceled my policy because I had two accidents and wrote to me for next month you need pay 397.88 per month they canceled my policy on 22 June and again charge me $397.88 on 24 June when my policy is canceled on 22 June they can’t charge me anything when I asked for refund just they refund me $255.10 and they charged me $142.78 for no reason the worst insurance company several times I contacted with Amy Crosby she doesn’t solve my problem.

Let me begin with this fact. I HATE trying to make sense of my health insurance policy. Trying to figure out the best coverage and value is pretty much a dice roll for me. When I met with Jeffrey, he showed that he has a unique talent for explaining complex (at least to me) insurance topics, in a way that was easy to understand. I am a small business owner and came to James to make sure I had appropriate coverage for my business. He did an audit and it turns out my previous broker hasn’t set up my policy at all how I needed! James went ahead and found me adequate coverage and was extremely professional in presenting my options, making comparisons, and explaining insurance in a way that I could understand.
