I am a small business owner and came to James to make sure I had appropriate coverage for my business. He did an audit and it turns out my previous broker hasn’t set up my policy at all how I needed! James went ahead and found me adequate coverage and was extremely professional in presenting my options, making comparisons, and explaining insurance in a way that I could understand. He provided great service and now I will be saving money at a better rate with the proper coverage for my business moving forward.

We had insurance through coordinated for years. The last year has been horrible working with them. The agent that assisted us made a lot of mistakes and was later fired. It seems our policies were lost as well. We made several calls and and asked for new quotes and updates. It was impossible to get an answer from them. When we did get the quotes were outrageous. We found insurance for 1/2 the price they were quoting us. Buyer beware!
