had just gotten off a 13 hour shift and this was the closest one that was open, so did an online order just to make it easier on myself. i arrived a few minutes before the order said it would be ready and was totally ok waiting. walked in the store and went and stood by the pickup area. a few minutes pass and i don’t see my order and no one had come to ask me if i needed anything, the lady at the register walked away and the other people were talking amongst themselves. then 10 minutes pass and still nothing. after a few minutes someone started making what looked like to be my order, then stopped because other people had showed up and started ordering. a few more minutes pass and then a worker asked another worker to ask me if i was here for an online order. i said yes. and they went back to making my food. it was finished and got put down for i don’t know why but no one touched it for at least 5 minutes. then finally someone decided to bring it over to me. people who had come in after me were already sitting down and eating or driving away, while i am still waiting to at least get my food brought to me. this whole thing was about 25 minutes until my food was brought to me and even then my order was messed up. maybe it was just an off night for the workers, but definitely have seen better customer service at other locations

I said three times I have an allergy and I had one woman literally walk away from me when I tried to give her my order after she asked for my order. Then the woman who ignored my allergy didn't change gloves and didn't grab corn tortillas.So I have a gluten allergy that gives me severe stomach pain, bloating, diarrhea, vomiting and can land me in ER.So you can understand my frustration when there's a huge line, I paid for food that's going to make me sick and I have an obligation to now eat my $20 worth of food.Please slow down for your customers despite the rush. Because as of right now there's only 2 CV locations in my county that ACTUALLY respect food allergies.

We have been enjoying Costa Vida for a while now. I just have to say that Skylar the shift lead is fantastic! Super helpful and awesome when it comes to the allergys in my group. Thank you Skylar for making Costa Vida great!

Love almost everything about Costa Vida including the staff and freshness, but changes in the past year make me not want to go anymore. 1. Portions have gotten smaller without getting cheaper. 2. Tips are now requested for no table side service - not sure why we are paying your employees to do their job. 3. I usually order from the app, but when I forget, it’s very difficult to add points so I don’t bother. I think Costa Vida has intentionally made it difficult to add points from receipts so they don’t need to give rewards as often. 4. Rewards are now less valuable. I used to need to spend about $100 to get a free entree. Now I need to spend about $150 to get a free entree. 5. This change actually happened a couple years ago, but the vegetarian option no longer has a protein option such as double rice and beans. I know need to pay significantly more for extra beans/rice to get comparable protein to get an adequate amount. 6. Whole wheat tortillas are now basically gone. The healthier option is now gone showing the loss of priority over healthier options. 7. Online ordering seems to be preferred because wait times in store are significantly longer. Now I have to choose either warm food and a long line or convenience and cold food. I understand this change from a business perspective, but as a customer I’d rather go somewhere that is more convenient most of the time since I don’t get long to have lunch off of work.With all these changes, I’d rather go to Cafe Rio where customers intelligence is respected. Sorry Costa Vida, but I think we need to part ways after years of loyalty. I hope your goal for more profit works out for you, but you’ll see that long standing relationships will tarnish as a result.

You know every couple of months I make the mistake of coming back to this location. It’s the exact same thing every time. I don’t know how I forget but they seriously hardly give any meat at all. Even if you ask for extra meat. They save money I’m sure but they lose my business by being cheap.
