Exceptional customer service.
I needed a replacement backpack and Cara went above and beyond to assist me. She helped me choose the perfect color and even contacted another store to check their inventory, securing the one I was interested in. She ensured I got the best option for me.

I’m a Realtor in the area, my office is just around the corner. Today I went to this mall for lunch and to grab a Christmas present. I stepped into this store and was so welcomed. Staff was answering all questions and teaching me everything about the product. I didn’t even know they had a store here and I walked out with a nice unique bag. Thank you!
