I would leave 0 stars if that was an option! I needed help with my device. Went to this store personally to get the help. Not a single employee speaks English! The store is located in Murray, Utah. So if you don’t speak fluent Spanish, be prepared to try and get help from an employee using a voice translator that doesn’t really get it right. In the end, the employee just ignored me to get me to leave. Moving on to a new carrier all together. “Adios”Cricket!

My husband had a very bad experience with the cricket store in West Valley off of Redwood Road. He purchased a phone there and then the next morning went to return it because it had some issues. he arrive to the store at 10 AM when they were supposed to open. the store open 35 minutes late and there where people waiting outside the store. the lady that walked in was the manager. She told my husband that she could not help him, and that he needed to have it returned by the person that sold it to him. After calling around to different stores, I found out that each store is a franchise and there’s usually like four stores within each franchise. We were able to take it to a different store and have them return it. We also called a different franchise, who helped us put in a complaint to corporate for the manager who works at the one on Redwood Road. The customer service was the worst not to mention she late to work. I can understand having a bad morning, but to turn customers away no I don’t think so! That was terrible customer service not only Was she late opening the store, but she was rude and was unable to help. But let me speak highly of the one over on State Street in Murray the girl that I was able to help us apologized To us for the way that we were treated at the store on Redwood and was quick to get us taken care of!! Go to the store in Murray.

DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT go into this store! I went into the store a little before New Year's Eve to take advantage of the new line and a free smartphone. Once I finally demanded a good working Android phone and not some junk they tried to give me the girl ring me up for the wrong phone the wrong cover and the wrong glass protector intentionally so she could steal the phone. On a later date they created a whole other account that they were using with my information. When I left the store that night late I didn't realize that my phone wasn't working nor did I have service until the store was closed. Since it was before the new year I had to wait all through the holiday the manager refused to give me a call back I had to come all the way back to the store which is far away from home for me and I dealt with some gentleman that said he would help me. I left all my information and he never called me back. I had to go into a whole different cricket store just to get the issue resolved and find out what was going on. Do not go into the store they will steal your information and they will leave you with a bad experience.

Lady in the store did not seem to be interested in helping us. She stayed at the counter. It was like we was interrupting her. So with this store im done not coming back again....

Guy was rude. Waited 30min for the guy to help us. Needed to buy a phone and when we got home we realized he had charged us for stuff we didn't ask for. Will be going back to return product, hopefully you guys can make it right, this is ridiculous.
