Cody and Melinda are fantastic ! Super helpful and friendly. If you need storage check them out . I went with the Cubesmart location closer to where I'm moving to in Salt lake but if you are in Millcreek, Murray area stop by as they are excellent

They were helpful when the first unit I was assigned didn’t open properly and immediately got me into another unit within 20 minutes. However, I had opted for the 3 month online discount for about $50/month for a 10x10 unit, and after confirming the discount was applied it still came out to about $120 for one month. But overall I would recommend!

Unfortunately, overall I did not have a good experience with Cubesmart. In the past four years they have increased their monthly pricing by over 50 percent. They experienced an unfortunate flooding issue, so we didn't have access to our unit for months on end, but were still charged the same monthly amount. The worst part happened just recently, when their system mistakenly marked our payment account as closed, even though we had used that card every month for years (and the account wasn't closed - we just bought dinner with it!). They wouldn't fix the issue in their system without us going into the office in person, which we couldn't do for several weeks due to our schedules and travel. They charged us late fees on our account even though it was an error on THEIR end, and when we were able to go into the office, we literally gave them the same card to charge that was originally on the account. The person at the front desk was kind but ultimately the company is dishonest and greedy, and the fees were basically a way to steal money from customers who did nothing wrong when their system had an error. I would recommend looking elsewhere.
