One of the most horrible experiences of my life. Was there with someone that was purchasing a car and was told they were interested in buying my mazda 3 hatchback. Brought in my car to have it evaluated for trade in and though we were in the dealership for 6 hours, was never approached regarding my car when they had first stated it would take about 10min to check for its value. With no communication, saw the manager test driving my car and not only treating it like their own but scraping its bumper excessively and thoughtlessly on the way out of the parking lot. When I confronted them about both witnessing them mistreating my property and never speaking to me about my trade in, it turned into a "prove it" conversation. A harmless, "sure check my car's worth maybe I'll leave with a CX-5 instead", turned into an extremely aggravating and humiliating interaction with multiple grown men. With all that to say, the person I was with also bought a car that is having issues and they are being ignored and essentially told that its their problem now. Would I ever return? No. Would I recommend them? No.

Well I guess I will be just one more negative review. Sales guy was fine. Finance guy tried to up charge me on a bunch of things. Seems standard for this dealership. We bought a brand new cx7 for cash. Easy sell they still made it difficult. Asked for our proof of insurance even though we paid cash do there was no fiduciary responsibility but whatever. The biggest problem happened 2 weeks after purchase got a flat tire. And it was a nail that could not be fixed. So a new tire was required. I understand road hazards are not covered. But they went out of their way to charge three times what a tire company would charge. Over 360 dollars for one tire. No discount no nothing. They even charged for mounting and balancing. I have run many multi million dollar businesses. This is business 101. Take care of clients they failed miserably. Do something like this at cost for goodwill. I will now never recommend this place I will suggest Orem to any friends looking. Bad business guys

Gema sold me my 2020 Mazda 3 in January of this year, she was super patient with me in the car buying process and was helpful without being pushy. Since purchasing it I have gotten all services done at Mazda and had great experiences with Jon and Nick. I am super pleased with my service and plan to be a loyal customer to Mazda!

I was in the market for a new car, and so my first choice was to go to the Mazda dealership downtown where I live. That being said i am a previous Mazda owner and was looking for a new year to buy in cash. The car salesman i worked with was a very nice guy which was great. But once I sat down with the manager on duty (Which I guess, is their process, sales guys don't know anything about higher questions beyond what the car is.)- that man seemed to think I was incompetent. I told him directly that i was paying cash and I wanted to know the incentives, specifics about the car I was looking at, and other questions I had lined up. As i am talking to that manager i said id like to look at a couple and maybe drive one. when I say that this manager basically snapped his fingers at the car sales guy like he was his servant and then gave him a snarky remark of why I hadn't already driven the car before sitting down and talking with him, I knew i didn't want to continue this process. I drove the car and went back in and this manager was just blatantly not a nice guy (or maybe having a bad day) I was obviously bummed by this experience so i went to Audi and Volvo. found that nothing met what i was looking for and decided to go to @OremMAzda - which was an incredibly different experience, It Low Stress, listened to my concerns and did not treat me like i was incompetent i recognized that is the type of dealership i wanted to buy cars from. So thankfully i am a proud owner of a CPO 2021 Mazda GT. Thankful for Orem Mazda for turning everything around. Seems like based on reviews many people find this dealership a pain to deal with and many go to Orem and buy a car at the other dealership. This dealership needs to do a couple of things to fix their business: Listen, be helpful, and not be rude. Its really that simple. Im glad if the commission went to anyone it went to Orem instead of Tim Dahle Mazda Murry. Hope this is helpful, i also hope this dealership is actively trying to repair whats going wrong here

DON’T PURCHASE A CAR HERE.TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCHWe test drove the CX-90 premium plus on a Saturday. Loved the car. Loved the price. Agreed to buy it, did all the paperwork. We were going to pick it up on Monday, because I wanted a different color and we needed to trade in our Lexus. When we picked it up on Monday, it was not the same car we agreed to purchase. It was the premium, not the premium plus, which we didn’t realize until the next morning and it didn’t have some features that we were told it did (like heated steering wheel). When I called, they said I could come pick up the correct car. The price would be a little different, Curtis quoted a difference of about 40-50 in payments. When we went in to pick it up, the payment difference was actually 140-150$, not 40-50$.Curtis really tried to get us to go with the higher price, ultimately I just said no. Not so much on price, but on principle.I am a Real Estate Broker. If I did this, I could lose my license.Tim Dahle or Rob Meyer, you should get this straightened out

Came here a few years ago to get an entire set of new keys. Keyfob, plus additional spare key. Everything went well until I had to use the key inside the fob. Key was made wrong, therefore not being able to lock or unlock my car. I only found this out because my fob battery went out and the service department at the oil change locked the car and handed me the key. So I had to call a locksmith. Now they claim they can’t do anything about it, that I should have tested the key myself ? isn’t that their job when making keys?? Why would I pop out a key to test it myself when the fob is working fine. They took no responsibility. Manager was less than helpful. An employee told me the programming would be $120 then that manager said $175 hahaha and this was after him saying he would “HELP” me. Get your car at the Southtowne Mazda if you’re going to buy one.

Bought a Mazda cx-30 carbon edition from this dealership. The car is perfect, no complaints. At the point of the sale they kept trying to put me in something cheaper and without the amenities I wanted. I bickered until I ended up with my car. They forgot to mention key details about my hospitalizations when it came to finance options, so my year to date pay stubs didn't add up properly. Instead they waited a couple weeks to call me (Scott finance manager) and yell at me telling me I lied and I have to bring back the car. (I never lied it was a lack of input put in on their end with information I had given them.) They said I needed a note that same day saying I was out of work and also stating when I got a pay raise or they will take the car back. They told me on a Friday, my work was closed for the weekend. They told me I HAVE to bring back the car. Luckily my credit union was able to save the day and they approved my auto loan without the proof because I have reputation with them. Overall, the Mazda dealership accused me of lying and almost took the car back due to their mistake. When I received the call I was being screamed at and accused of lying. You guys got over 30k from me, I don't appreciate being yelled and accused of lying about my pay stubs.Totally unprofessional. Especially when I bought a rand new car off your lot. I will give Ray the salesman a solid 10/10 though.

OUTRAGEOUS!I just called the parts department to order a second key and "switchblade" door fob for my 2015 Mazda CX-9. This is a normal key (chipped, but has a non-laser cut key, so any locksmith can cut the key). The parts online are $24.95.I'm always happy to buy local whenever I can, so I called Tim Dahle. Steve in parts quoted me $341.77 to provide the key and FOB, plus $200 to program it. For those doing the math, that is $541.77! This is for a SINGLE key! I told him I'd sell the car before is party that much! (and dealers wonder why no one trusts them).I found a local locksmith who will come to my house, provide the EXACT same service, all for $150! GoKey is the outfit.Sorry, Tim Dahle Mazda, you won't get this business or any future business of mine! You were even $220 More than GMC that has a laser cut key they have to send away for! Next time charge reasonable fees. We are willing to pay a bit extra for the dealership service, but this was outrageous!A good honest local locksmith gets my business instead.

I’ve gotten 3 cars from this location. They’re alright. My brother works here, so I’ll be as nice as I can. Read between the lines. The wait for finance is about two to three hours. I don’t know if it’s a tactic to wear you down or if it really does take that long for finance to get your deal ready. You’ll have to double check with the dealership. Either way, just a word of advice. Whatever offer they give you at the signing table, DON’T TAKE IT. I just found out my sister told them she couldn’t make the payments and started walking out, and they stopped her with a better price. She said no again and they brought it down again. They got her deal down by $200!I wish I knew walking out would’ve saved me money. Walking out is also a good piece of advice, or not entering at all.I won’t be going back to this dealership after my leases are up.

Just bought a car from Tim Dahle, and was pretty satisfied with the experience.I feel like their prices were competitive, and their team was easy to work with. We had a good experience with the salesman and GM, but once we got to finance, the man who was helping us wasn’t very easy to work with. They promised to wash the car and fill up the gas, but the gas was only half full and they weren’t able to get the hard water stains off the car. They did offer free detailing to get those spots off, if I come in another day.Overall- a good experience. I felt like I could trust them and they were open and honest. Would recommend.

Great experience getting my Mazda CX5 serviced here for the first time. The scheduling online was easy. When I arrived, Service Manager Brian helped me out. He was very friendly and professional. explained what services I would be getting as part of my service and how long it was expected to take.I love it when people set clear expectations right up front! I left for a few hours while the service was completed. An hour or two later I received a text with a link to a short 3 minute video that showed the service check. I can’t stress how awesome this service is. for example, they showed me my air and cabin filters so I could see how dirty they were and understand why they were marking them red and suggesting replacement. They showed me my tire tread depth and I could see the range and understand why they were marking them yellow. I love this service! After this, I received another text with a link to an estimate. It included the service I had requested (basic oil change and safety check) and then some recommended services based on my cars mileage (75,000). Brian then called me and we walked through each one of these items so I could understand what it was, why it’s important, and how it impacts my car’s overall performance. As my car had been experiencing some “sluggish pickup” this was super helpful so I could select services that related to that and could defer some other services until my next service to spread out the cost. When I deferred some services due to cost or because I can do them myself (brake pads, etc) there was no pressure. Brian and I agreed on the services and the estimate was updated. They got to work and I got a call later in the afternoon when it was all done. As I went to pick it up, Brian reviewed all the work that was done and got me on my way.I know going to a dealer can be considered costly for repairs, but to have someone help me understand what my car needs and what it doesn’t and spell out the services and costs so clearly is invaluable to me. Not to mention the incredible service! Brian was exceptional and I’m happy to pay for that level of excellent service!

Cameron Connolly was fantastic! The best customer service I have ever experienced. I love my car and he was sure to keep it safe and repair what was needed. I’m definitely a Mazda customer for life. Cameron definitely made it super easy and fun with his cute heart vase. :)

I've been coming to Tim Dahle Mazda for over 4 years now. Service is usually quick and they are attentive to detail. However, my last 2 times have been sub-par. First, I paid for a diagnostic and was told the service lights were only on because I needed a new battery. I replaced the battery, yet the lights have remained on for months. This week I returned for a service and my key ring was lost. Only my fob was returned. They kept me waiting for 20+ minutes and still haven't found it...I like going to a dealership for car maintenance because the service is usually top-notch. I don't mind paying higher prices for it. Unfortunately, these last two services have left a bad taste in my mouth, especially because I've lost more money to compensate for their mistakes.
