If I can leave this bank no stars I would. I showed legal documents that my business is under my name and they’re stating that because of the IRS they can’t cash a check. I did show legal IRS documents that the business belonged to me and still they refuse to cash the check. When I asked for their policy and spoke to the manager it was like deers in headlights. If you’re brown don’t bank with them. They stereotype you. Terrible service and can’t back things up with proof. In case they remove my review I’ll just copy paste from yelp.
Update 02.20.2025: I was informed they could not provide the policy. In addition the owner of the business that provided me with the check advise me that the branch called and lied about how the predicament was handled. This branch is very unprofessional to be involving a business that issues a check and complaining about what happens between to separate entities. I will also be posting this on yelp. If you continue to call the company I will continue to provide negative reviews and involve a defamation lawsuit & discrimination lawsuit.

The D.L Evans staff in Murray Utah is absolutely amazing and delightful if you want a place to bank, this is the place! They know you by name and always have your best interest at heart. They are the most amazing at being courteous! They are helpful and have an amazing relationship with their clients. D.L. Evans is a fantastic bank. On several occasions I have had the opportunity to work with Barbara Bennett who is an outstanding member of the D.L. Evans Murray Utah Branch family. She always greets me with a smile even when her desk is loaded with work and she knows I need her Notary skills or some other unexpected banking need in an expedited manor. She is a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend becoming a member of D. L. Evans if you value your time and people who genuinely want to help you with all your banking needs.

DL Evans has been phenomenal to work with. Everyone has been extraordinarily pleasant, and assistance is always provided IMMEDIATELY! Our firm has dealt primarily with their business department and our clients could not be happier. Our business clients have enjoyed working with this bank so much they have also opened personal accounts. Seeing this kind of customer service also convinced us to open accounts with them. Julie Taylor has an awesome crew @ the Murray location. We would highly recommend this bank to anyone! You just get the added bonus at this branch to be dealing with the DL Evans A-Team.

The people at DL Evans are ALWAYS so nice and friendly to work with! When I come up with questions or card issues they are quick to get back to me and resolve my issues. Haven't had ANY problems working with them. Fabulous people, fabulous bank, I would recommend to anyone!!

We have been banking with DL EVANS for over two years. Having dealt with many banks, DL EVANS makes you feel like you are family when they you enter into their bank. Everyone is so nice and extremely accommodating. Look no further and use DL Evans bank for your banking needs. Every person that works at DL Evans bank is a hidden gem and without these wonderful people, DL EVANS would not be the same!

Have really enjoyed banking with D.L. Evans. The Murray Branch has been great to work with. They are quick and efficient and very friendly! Walking into the branch, I felt very welcomed and helped. Good customer service is hard to find nowadays, but not here - they are on top of it and ready to help however they can. Great crew over in Murray - happy to be a member with this bank.
