They were great to get me in and out. They didn't force their financing on me. They explained their fees and got me out the door in less than an hour. Overall good experience.

My initial impressions from the location were positive. The Sales Rep was helpful, and as we narrowed in on the car of interest, he was very good about providing some of the basic information that I requested such as the car fax, vin number etc.As we began to talk about the out the door price, there were fees, I expected to see such as their 450$ doc fee and the Government fees. There was also a Under Coat fee - which is something that was not requested for them to do or even offered, rather they just assumed it.It was questioned if removing that fee of 499$ would earn my business, I indicated this would be a very good thing.While still operating in good faith, I had made an initial offer, expecting a coater offer, instead they said they had very little room to negotiate on this vehicle.After talking with my bank, determining what I could get a loan for, I went back to them offering the full amount they had posted, with the exception of the Under Cover garbage.Their financial guy calls me, and tells me, he is unwilling to remove the fee. This was the first sense of operating in bad faith that I had really experienced with the company. I offered up the option that they simply leave the fee on there and reduce the total cost of the car by the 499$. He refused to do that.Then he started flexing about how they sell 40+ cars a month, letting us know that he didn't really care about us who had money ready to spend. since he knew he would eventually sell it to somebody else anyways. I guess I brought bad money.It ruined would could have been a very smooth deal, and my review could have been line one of these fake 5 stars, that I have seen. I guess there is a reason their average is 2.5/5 at the time of this writing.

Nice enough people. At 9pm at night the price for one of their cars was X and that caused me to go see the car the next morning. When I got there the next morning they had raised the price of the car almost $1K from just a few hours before. I was told the increase in price was due to 'market conditions.' Yeah right - whatever. Pretty disappointing to drive two hours round trip only to be told the car was suddenly worth almost a thousand more. Just bad business practice. What should I expect from a used car dealer?

Kaden was super helpful to me through the process and patient with what I was looking for. Very cool guy and I would Highly recommended hitting him up for your car needs. Overall, the whole team was great and made me feel right at home.

We bought a used Nissan SLNice car here is the problem they didn’t want to clean it out (as is)But there was old shoes in the back seat it was filthy we asked if they could clean it they said no and the only reason your company did was because we wouldn’t of bought it if it wasn’t professionally cleaned I’m supposed to take it in Friday so they can clean it I thought it was very disrespectful to tell us to clean it

They sold us a minivan in excellent condition for its age (verified by a mechanic I trust) and at the market price with a lot of loan options. My neighbors thought the thing was practically brand new even though it's 9 years old. They did excellent on the things that matter most.Where they lose a star (I would just take off half a star if I could) is by adding some unexpected fees after they got us to agree to the buy car. It felt like they were nickel and diming me with things like auto theft coverage (which I could luckily decline with some pushback), undercarriage spray (which I didn't want but was already done but not that well according to my mechanic), a document processing fee (I was told this last one was the norm for all used car dealerships in the state), gap insurance (though they were very willing to take that off). I would have much preferred if they had laid out all of the costs and fees as part of settling on a final price and signing on the dotted line to agree to buy the car.

Ran my credit with another lender without disclosing it, even though I wanted to use my own financing I came prequalified with. I found this out by getting a piece of mail. Did not disclose every charge they threw in when reading us through the contract. The manager took over for the sales rep and argued they would be "losing money" when we stated we wanted to pay the posted price on their website. Very sexist; I came in with my husband but prequalified for/wanted the loan in my name, and they made him primary without asking. They were also unorganized and didn't mail the license plates when they said they would; called multiple times and they didn't send them before my temp ones expired. It was a headache and I would not recommend them to anyone. I should have walked away but was done shopping and wanted the specific car.

I bought the 2021 Mach-E and had an awesome experience here! Super easy to deal with and worked with me in terms of finding the right fit for what I wanted. The finance managers were awesome in assisting me with all of my questions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to find a car in this market. Kendrick was awesome in the buying process going over all of the small details so I knew exactly what I was paying for. Overall great experience and will definitely be recommending to friends and family!
