The staff here is amazing. Bridger is amazing. I’d take a picture of him right now, but he is currently running out to his car to grab his personal phone charger for a customer who needed it.
Quick to help, and conscious of time.
This guy is a real pro. You are lucky to have him on the team.
Care and compassion are both skills.
This man possesses both.
Bridger, I truly needed your help and assistance exactly when you offered it to me. There is a specific reason, and I’ll save the story here, but my needs were put first, and I was taken care of by Bridger better then I could have ever asked for or expected.

Reliable, consistent, transparent. Was in a bind with a flat tire. They took care of me. They treated me like a human being-- professional courtesy and friendliness. They educated me on my options and let me choose something that fit my budget. I sure hope every Discount Tire is like this store!

Everybody very cool at this store. I came in for a tire rotation and balance and I barely sat down and 10 minutes later I was ready to go. Great efficient service. I highly recommend it

They were really nice, and it was a busy day, but I just wanted my tires rotated, balanced, and airchecked. I was told that it would take an hour (which is totally fine due to the number of people), but I watched every single person who came after me (i was there for over a half hour after the estimated time), leave before me with their cars and their keys given to them by the staff but I had to then ask for my key from the front desk.

I've been going to this Discount for years and haven't had a single issue until just recently. Dropped my wife's car off to just have the tires rotated before we went on a road trip and they lifted her car in the wrong spot smashing the rocker panel, bending the door and fender. $4000 in damage, and I'm out $100 for my deductible. What makes me even more angry was picking it up and having the employee lie right to my face, saying everything was fine.
It sounds like a high school locker room in their bays, stop goofing around and focus on the job at hand.
I won't be back.

Came here to check on a engine light. They found a nail in one tire. Sealed the tire with no charge! I always feel safe and know I'll get taken care of here. They're wonderful.

Carlos and Landon were AWESOME to work with. For the past six months I have wasted time at several other tire shops/dealerships trying to balance some tricky/stubborn tires. Not only were they both patient in listening to me try to explain the problem but they succeeded in resolving the issue that no one else could. Even if they hadn’t solved the problem, their professionalism would have earned my repeat business. I will drive out of my way to buy my next set of offroad tires from this location.

Very friendly, professional, and quick. I went into the store frustrated because my tire kept going flat, and the tread was low. They had what I needed in stock, so I bought four new tires, and I’m very happy with the whole experience.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude, on behalf of my Mom, for the incredible kindness and professionalism shown by the staff at this location. She felt so grateful because not only did they fix the flat quickly and efficiently, they did it with a respectful and courteous demeanor. This truly made a difficult situation much easier for her. Horrific experience. Charged me 200$ and decided to brake the trunk of my car for the fun of it. Go to places with people who’ve worked on a car before. Stay away.
