Edible Arrangements is a gift shop that offers a wide variety of fresh fruit arrangements, bouquets, baskets, and platters filled with tempting treats like chocolate-covered strawberries, assorted dipped fruits, cookies, and other desserts. Along with these edible gifts, they also provide flowers, bakery items, balloons, and other gifts, making it a great choice for birthdays, anniversaries, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, or just for oneself. The business is known for its convenient catering and delivery services, including same-day and one-hour options, ensuring that customers can get their orders on time for any occasion. Customer experiences vary. Some praise the store for great service and helpful staff, especially when customizing arrangements or handling last-minute requests. For example, a helpful employee quickly made a special order and even gifted arrangements when faced with technical difficulties. Customers also mention receiving on-time deliveries for special holidays like Mother’s Day. However, there are reports of delays and poor customer service, particularly with delayed deliveries and difficulty reaching staff. One case involved a missed delivery window, with the store unable to specify whether the arrangement would arrive in the morning or evening, leading to frustration. Despite these issues, the store demonstrated a willingness to make things right by sending replacements and missing items when problems arose. Overall, Edible Arrangements is appreciated for tasty fruit treats and attentive service, though some customers advise caution regarding delivery timing.

The lady was very nice and helpful she went out of her way to get us a bag of ice and an extra insulated bag to make sure it kept our fruit fresh and cold. I highly recommend this place as it’s the perfect gift!

I went in to get a chocolate covered fruit bouquet, the employee proceeded to tell me 1. I need to be a customer (um ok isn't that what I am) and 2. I would need to come back after Mother's Day weekend to get that. She was not very friendly. Like God forbid you have to deal with walk in customers at a service oriented job.
