  Didn't receive all that I ordered payed for. Always happens 2 yrs in a row that's pretty sad and they don't answer the phone when I called to get a refund 😕 😞 😔

  I ordered several different arrangements to be delivered on the birthdays of each of my staff. Imagine my surprise when I got a message saying one of my staff members did not receive her birthday arrangement, and was very angry. I checked the order on the website, and it had been ordered and paid for 2 months prior to her birthday. I called, and they claimed they knew nothing about the order! I told them to deliver it immediately, and to have the manager call me back ASAP. They finally delivered it (nearly 2 weeks after her birthday), but the manager felt no need to call me back. I've waited WEEKS for that call back... CRICKETS!!! This tells me they refuse to take accountability for their lapse (which almost resulted in a treasured staff member leaving her position).
  
  They asked me to submit a review on their website. This means they've hired a company to help get their reviews up. A bad review is diverted to their email, and isn't published. I own a business -- I'm not that stupid. So, reviews will be left EVERYWHERE!

  Still waiting on the arrangement, flowers and cupcakes to be delivered to my grandmother. Her order has been '1 stop away' for 5 hours now. Of course store was no help when they did answer their phones ONLY ONE TIME. I have watched this order stay at Del Taco in Murray for over an hour, make multiple stops that were each over 20 minutes in length (in fact one in West Jordan was for over 45 minutes - guess someone was getting busy) and now it's at a gas station. There's no way anything would be safe for consumption. AVOID ORDERING HERE FOR DELIVERY

  The lady was very nice and helpful she went out of her way to get us a bag of ice and an extra insulated bag to make sure it kept our fruit fresh and cold. I highly recommend this place as it’s the perfect gift!

  This store had terrible customer service!!! My friend ordered a surprise edible arrangement for my b-day. I missed their delivery by 5 minutes. I called the store and they said they would contact the driver and call me right back. Twenty minutes and no return call. We called the store. They said they can’t deliver it until the next day. I asked if it would be delivered in the am or pm. They said they had no idea. 5pm the next day still no delivery. We called the store and they said it just went out for delivery and to expect it within the hour. Store closes at 7pm. We called at 6:45pm since it was 45 minutes late and no one answered the phone. Delivery person delivered arrangement at 8pm. Driver was friendly and said they made a fresh one today. Fruit was tasty. Beware of delayed delivery.

  Paid $7 to add chocolate to the strawberries & 6 for a postcard... they did not include it and did not answer the phone today. It was a father's day gift, I selected the basketball theme and they did not send it. There was 1 pineapple with melted chocolate, that is NOT what I ordered. Don't order from this store. I've ordered from other locations and have had a great experience, this store just doesn't know what they are doing and obviously don't care.

  This is the most edible arrangement/fruit basket store I have ever dealt with 0 for 3 as with in the last 2 years and 3 times I’ve placed a order for pick up or delivery it’s been a issue. Highly disappointed and recommend you go somewhere else and place it a day in advance. These people will tell you whatever to gain your business. Then when it’s time for your order to be picked up or deliver? BOOM they will call you last minute and let you know these a problem then want to have the nerve to have an attitude because they messed up and improperly communicated by waiting tell the last minute. NOT ONES, NOT TWICE But 3 TIMES This has happened. Won’t be a forth!! Please take my word and save your self the headache by going somewhere else.. if I could have given a negative 2 starts they would have got that 2thumbs down for theirs place

  Don’t order-wont receive!!! Paid for same day delivery and was concerned, as tracker kept changing our recipients order for delivery. Called store with concerns and they assured that delivery would be made by 7. Received a “failed delivery attempt” exactly at 7-called, but shop was closed. Recipient had been home. Made several attempts to call and email store on Saturday and Tuesday. No one had attempted to reschedule. Spoke to manager on Tuesday and asked to cancel, since the “condolences” basket is no longer needed, but she refused. Horrible customer service. Wont pick up phone or return emails. Product never received.

  I called and told them I am coming to check out a bouquet , I drove all the way from Orem for 40 minutes and got here at 6:16pm,found out it’s closed. This is not cool.

  The reason for the two stars and not one: The fruit was incredibly fresh and tasty.
  
  Now the reason why there's not more? I will say that their customer service is pretty horrible. The girl on the phone was extremely impatient and really didn't care to try to help me through purchasing something I was completely unfamiliar with. It was like trying to order something at one of those places they prepare it in front of you. And you can tell that the person putting it together just hates their job and wishes you weren't there.... It was like that.
  
  And oh my goodness the pricing. Extremely expensive for fruit.... For fruit! You can literally make one of these in approximately 20 minutes plus maybe a 15-minute trip to the store. And about a fourth of the cost!
  
  There's nothing fancy about it there was nothing pretty about it and it's presentation just a bunch of fruit on sticks shoved into a vase.

  Online says open untill 8 pm today. I got here at 6 and it says in a written note on the door that they closed at 5.
