Sold me a car with 4,000$ of repairs hidden from me. Point blank told me this car had been inspected and was in fantastic condition mechanically. That was a LIE. Avoid this place at all costs!

If there was an option to give negative stars I would do that. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS STAY AWAY! They sold my son a car that they attempted to repair but didn't even hand tighten the transmission bolts back on after removing them. On top of that they deleted the codes from the cars Computer making them undetectable from other mechanics. This is a well known car salesman's scam that allows them to delete codes, drive it 30 or so miles until it can pass emissions just before the computer re-creates the codes because the problem wasn't fixed leaving it to the new owner to fix. In this case it entailed a bill of over $4000 dollars. On top of all this I went to bat and got Subaru corporate to agree to fix most of this under warranty even though it was 20k miles over warranty and considering the fact this dealer tried to fix it themselves causing more problems. I simply asked this dealer to please pay the $500 Subaru isn't paying only to be told to pound sand. They keep insisting on me bringing the car in so they car diagnose it. Why in the world would I do that when the Subaru dealer has clearly told me this dealer messed things up trying to fix things and I have print outs with the dates and times they deceptively deleted codes and it's clear this was done while they owned the car. I was also told on a recorded phone call that they admit they have had some problems with their mechanic! I've tried and tried to work with these guys but it seems the guy I talk with has to clear everything with his daddy! It's sad because I felt like I was getting somewhere with him until his dad steps in. Please just don't buy from these clowns. We are lucky to only be out $500 thanks to Subaru and the kind folks at Doug Smith Subaru in American Fork. SEE YOU THIS WEEKEND MY FRIENDS!!!

Great and quick service. Went in on a Saturday morning. The dude was super nice. Even had the BHA vs WHU soccer game on to watch while I waited while my car got its emissions test and I got my registration renewed

I wish I could give this place zero stars, I bought a vehicle from this joke of a dealership, they were not friendly and lied about multiple things, said it was one owner, there were four, said clean title and later found out, most panels had been repaired and painted. But that is not even the tip of the iceberg, I had the car for about a month before the check engine light came on, long story short, I owned the car for 5 months, 3 of which it was in the shop, I was $6500 deep in head gaskets and countless of other repairs when I decided to cut my losses because suddenly the transmission started slipping. It was the biggest piece of junk I’ve owned. To keep your sanity and money, I can’t stress enough STAY AWAY from this shop.

How To Put Someone's Life At Risk And Scam Someone For Thousands of Dollars Featuring Elite Emission & Sales(Edited for another issue 02/04/22)Airbag issue that will have shrapnel that will cause death or serious injury, this clearly came to them but never mentioned to me.(Edited for another issue. The vehicle was in an accident but never reported to insurance. The shop that told me this gave pictures and showed that the front was damaged on the inside, but not visible unless the bumper was off. 7/3/23)(Edited for another issue. Since the vehicle was in a wreck on the front, this ruined the AC compressor, costing me $1,100 in repairs. 7/6/23-Air bag recall that if gone off will have shrapnel come out of it and could cause death or serious injury never mentioned.Brake pads were at 1/32. Recommend changing at 4/32Window seals and weather stripping were not placed correctly or left at a negligent state. This caused my car to flood when I got a car wash. These cost $800.00 to replaceThey lied about the tires being in drivable condition when they were literally tearing. I asked them straight to their faces, and they told me it was fine. I wish I had taken a picture on here to post. My mind is still blown to this day, that they don't know how tires are supposed to look. It is horrifying that they also provide emissions. As I was driving in a rain storm, my front windshield ac did not blow air, making my windshield fog up, I ended up pulling over because my life was at risk. And since the weather strips weren't placed correctly, there is no ventilation, making the problem worse.Car takes a minute to turn over, I ended up replacing my spark plugs, and this didn't fix the problem. They ended up giving me a report from an inspector who never discussed any of these issues at all. I am still astounded to this day, and I am astounded how someone could sell this to someone. I understand the factors that come with buying a car, but this would make me feel horrible selling it in this condition, I would legitimately feel guilty for this.-AC Condenser was bent making the car not have consistent cold air, I spoke with the shop that did this, and they stated the car was in an accident and never reported to insurance hence the clean title, as parts of the bumper were screwed on and the front was damaged on the inside. This cost me $650.00 to replace.-AC compressor is ruined and doesn't output the correct amount of air to cool the inside of the car down. This is most likely due to the fact it was in an accident and never reported. This cost me $1,100 to replaceTotal repairs cost.$2,550.00

Purchased a used car from them. The staff was quite helpful and explained things clearly. The vehicle drove well and already had all needed repairs taken care of. A good experience overall.
