I've rented here a few times and the service was slow and upselly until I started dealing with Jeff the manager. Nice guy! This time was exceptionally fast and efficient! Got my keys and out in 5 minutes! Keep this up and I'll go to 5 stars!

Wish I could 0 stars. Worst rental car company to work with ever. We had a car booked and they gave it to someone else before we got there. We had a car accident and needed that car, also worst customer service in the world!!!

Grant was very helpful person to help me while my car was in the shop and very kind and knowing he’s doing a great job making sure the car is safely in the same condition of picking up and returning I’d definitely rent enterprise again!!
