Let me start by saying BEWARE! At first I was impressed by this place. I mean I was paying $70 for a 10x7 which was great, the manager on property was super cool, property was for the most part clean and quiet. about almost a year ago, they raised my rent to (ready? no lie either I swear to god) $160 long story short I got behind because it wasn't in my budget and now to get my stuff back with late fees I owe $398.24 and they won't help with any late fees AT ALL. So lame. Im most upset about the fact that i straight up was not informed my rent would be increasing so ny kind of notice about bumping up the re5/nt to double what I was paying would have been nice too... the cool manager that would have helped me in my situation was let go unfortunately so needless to say I would NOT RECOMMEND storing anything you care about here or getting a unit AT ALL.

I was nervous to have a rental here just because of the area. But to my surprise this place is the cleanest, safe and modern storage facility that I have been to. The gate is controlled from an app which is super convenient. Deb/Debbie is so amazing and personally makes sure that all of her customers are happy with her service and the space. Debbie truly goes out of her way to make the sign up process smooth and easy. We signed up for a cheaper rate than we originally thought which was surprising. I highly highly recommend this location! Ask for Debbie! She will get you the best rate!

IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR ITEMS, THIS IS THE PLACE TO RENT THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY OR YOUR STORED ITEMS.
Upon moving into the unit, I was offered a promotional rate of $62.00. However, after one month, I received a notification of a rental increase of $120.00. Understanding that prices can change, I agreed to a new rate of $82.00. Unfortunately, seven months later, I received another notice stating that the rent would double again to $160.00. This recurring pattern seems to take advantage of tenants, as it forces them to accept higher charges or risk losing their belongings through auction. When I raised this issue with the store manager, they were unsympathetic and said they couldn't offer a solution.
This particular establishment is lacking in integrity and ethical standards. It is advisable to seek out a business that prioritizes both qualities. Despite advertising climate-controlled facilities, the building I rented did not have functioning heat for two months. Their lack of interest in assisting customers and the refusal to establish a protective contract leaves individuals without recourse. It is recommended to consider an alternative storage location if you value the safety and condition of your stored items.
