Getting a storage unit was smooth as can be and the staff was amazing. The Manager was so helpful he took care of us and made our experience amazing. We rented from the 300 W and 5400 S storage in Murray Utah

My experience here at The Extra Space storage has been awesome. Justin who runs the front office of the store on Commerce drive in Murray is wonderful to work and do business with. He has a great welcoming attitude. He is very understandable and trys to accommodate you to your needs as best he can. His customer service is phenomenal. Overall my experience with The Extra Space Storage has been everything I've needed and I would recommend anybody to rent a unit through the company.

On several occasions we have not been able to access our storage unit during open hours. Tonight it happened again, their clock was wrong. When we tried to access the unit at 8:30 PM their clock said 10:30 PM. Not worth the hassle of not being able to access when promised.

This location is great! I have had a unit there for 3.5 years and love it. It’s completely safe and secure and climate controlled. Justin is the manager there and he is truly the absolute BEST!!!! He is so friendly and always willing to help out however he can. He helped me set up my unit and has helped me through the years. He’s amazing and deserves a raise!! He’s the best part of the facility and the facility is great!
