While looking for scrubs the team working did not approach and ask if we needed help as we were searching aimlessly to find a tag since the only way to find a size is to pull each item off its hanger.
This store sucks.

I was curious about some new sweats and had never been to a Fabletics before.
Jasmine was proactive in asking my size, recommending a pair, and helped me get set up with a pair that is way comfier, warmer, and has far better pockets than my old pair.
10/10 recommend Jasmine if you need any help there.

Walked in the store to look at some pants to buy. Was in the store of good seven or eight minutes without anybody saying a word.
Two other couples came in after me and were immediately greeted and helped.
Unfortunate. Went elsewhere.

My favorite pair of leggings had a hole in them and I wore the tag out so I couldn’t find the right style online. I came to this store to see if they had them in store. Jasmine helped me find my favorite leggings again!!! Thank you for saving the day and my trip Jasmine!!

Kinda ridiculous the employees there are not properly trained. I came in to reactivate and purchase items in store so they would be available same day, but Karrine (or whatever her name is) couldn’t even assist. Not very happy with people working in store and clearly not be capable of doing their job. Fabletics DO BETTER! Wish I could give 0 stars for being a waste of time.

The quality of clothing is pretty low. I ordered some stuff online and wanted to exchange it for something different. All the tags were still attached and everything, but they would not let me exchange or return any of the items I bought. They were pretty rude about it too

This location is consistently out of larger sizes compared to the City Creek location. Honestly though, fabletics quality has really gone down the last two years. Everything I’ve ordered has been poor quality, see through, a weird fit compared to the countless things I’ve ordered before. I’m not impressed with the service at this location like I am city creek.

I bought some clothes from fabletics and the shorts I bought which I would never get caught dead in before! But now after stumbling into the store I saw vibrant colors and comfortable fabric. Im a big fan and they can have my money. I bought my clothes for the 50% memorial sale going on! So I highly recommend checking out their products!

I've only ever been to this Fabletics store and I'm here to say... fan for life! The associates at this store are magnificent and make you feel like you're shopping at a local boutique! They're wonderful! Oh, and the clothes is amazing too!

Oh my gosh!! Don't listen to the reviews because we had an amazing experience here. My daughter was given an outfit for her birthday that was to big. We were greeted as we first walked in to the store. Then they treated her like pretty women and helped her try on multiple outfits until she found the one that was best for her needs. I would totally come back to this store because it was an amazing experience for her. I could not be more pleased with their customer service. 10 stars for sure. Thank you so much!
