I was waiting at the counter to be helped. There were 2 girl employees that saw us waiting with our items, and didn’t acknowledge us or that they’d be right with us. They turned their backs towards us, they weren’t helping any other customers and just laughing and talking amongst themselves pulling items out of a box/cubby.
We waited another minute, a male employee then came and stood behind the register and instead of acknowledging us waiting to pay for some T-shirt’s, he goes and starts to have a full on conversation with the 2 girls.
I love this store but God Damn, you have the worst employees running the busiest stores in the best mall in the SLC area, and on Father’s Day.
I told my friend, let’s go. This place doesn’t have any customer service or they don’t care to help us. And we walked out and I threw the tshirts on the couch.
Don’t spend a penny here. Buy elsewhere!!!! All the other stores want your business and will acknowledge you when you arrive and thank you for coming in.

Drew D. Was extremely rude. He asked for my phone number it prompted if the email was correct I hit no, he then rudely asks “ is that not your account “ I responded no because the email was not right, he proceeds to throw the receipt on the counter and not even a thank you. Overpriced and I don't like the aggressive sales tactics. Same as most places. Ask to try one thing and they bring five pairs. I only love em for their shell toes which I can get much cheaper at many diff places. But yeah they have nice stuff sometimes.. If you wanna spend MSRP go there.

The caucasian people were so rude!! They did not have to mock me when I ask for a shoe size. Especially the so called manager wants to be disrespectful to my mom! Y’all suck expect the Mexicans they were nice they hustle when it comes to asking for stuff the Caucasians and the Asians no disrespect but yall can suck a sack of balls.

I can’t give 0 stars, so 1 has to be it. I came in here to buy shoes for each of my kids, so sad to say their manager drew and assistant manager CP we’re not helpful and very rude. They said to get out of their store and did not want to help with sizes because CP was answering a question I asked with very bad attitude not to mention she looks very much on the older side to be talking to me like a teenager with attitude. Drew was angry to be asked about his name and starting saying disrespectful things about me and my kids. This whole store bullied us out their store and made my 8 year old daughter CRY!! They said the big boss was in Arkansas so they did not want to give me his number. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Poor customer service never enough employees never enough people to help you you have to hunt them down journeys across the street was more helpful. They stay opened past closing hours go help us when foot locker never open on time or doesn’t allow people past 7:50

The Hispanics and Caucasian tend to believe they are god a tan person like myself or darker person would no they cheat business don’t care to publicly argue we can keep that private - but they felt to walk around me as if they wanted to assult me so I stand my grounds and the Hispanic thick male I was informed is a shift lead but not the supervisor attempted to assist them and then tired to tell me I could leave ( the big dogs of United States told me before my living transition I CAN MOVE AND GO WHEREVER I WANT) and I told his supervisor it appears he wanted to swing on me and we could of done that as if he was jealous or they have behavior of this area that may not be so pleasant outside of stealing their whole careers - but the main supervisor allowed me to buy my shoe set - I mean I did drop 300 and 470 the previous month at one of their only two shoe store in this are, and I had a right and in my defense

Employees were Severely lacking in giving a damn.(Maybe it was the awful in store music choices?, no that's just a symptom.) .. opened late, all 3 employees didn't care about finding shoes so we walked out and got great help at Kizik & purchased there..

I wanted to exchange shoes for smaller size and the lady ordered for me even bigger size and made me pay 22$ because they weren’t on sale anymore, so I completely wasted my time and money

Service was dog water I was standing at the register with my things on the counter and the girl at the register decided to help her friends first and told me to move aside, I left and took my business else where!
