Sadly, I was profiled here today.... I went with my sister, niece an nephew this early afternoon (July 12). I got to the men's corner (very messy, by the way) with my little nephew, we had rented one of those plastic strollers. A couple of times a young woman walked by and one guy walked by and later returned to stay there as if we was looking for some clothes. I totally thought he was another customer so I obviously I didn't pay attention to him at all except from noticing he was in that section too. Since I was also taking care of my nephew, maybe I was there for a bit longer, and honestly, all men's clothes were squished in that corner, which made it kinda complicated to look around. Then I found two very nice pants that I wanted to buy and probably I knew that they fitted but decided to go to the fitting room to try them on. I left my nephew with my sister and when I got to the fitting room, I saw the same tall, bearded guy with glasses, who I thought was a costumer, in charge of the fitting room. I didn't know how I felt but it seemed all made sense. They were watching me a few minutes earlier. Interestingly, if I hadn't gone to the fitting room, I would have happily bought the pairs of pants, which I loved BTW... I guess they're doing their job, unfortunately, I realized that I had been watched quite obviously... It's sad to think that if I didn't look like a Latino guy, this surely wouldn't have happened this way. I was very upset that when I told my sister, she just dropped what she intended to buy and we walked out. I don't like to play the victim or anything but these things happen... I teach at the University of Utah and I feel that I have worked hard to be where I am so to be spotted as a potential thieve is really humiliating. This shouldn't happen to anyone regardless of whatever position they have. Again, I suppose I understand they are protecting their own interests but today I totally and unfortunately realized I was so obviously watched that upset me for the rest of the day... I wish I had not realized, that's all...

They were amazing. I had 2 people helping me find a dress I feel good in. And it was only $15! I went to at least 7 other stores in the mall, and this store was the only one that had the style I was looking for!

Cheyenne the manager was awesome! She helped me pick out a few items for a birthday present. The store was also incredibly clean compared to some of the other ones I have been to. I was very impressed with my shopping experience.

I had a bit of an issue with one of the employees. My friend and I parked right by the store and decided to pass through it on our way to another store because I had a dress (with the receipt) that still had a security tag. The tag did sound the alarm, and we showed the receipt proving the dress wasn’t from forever 21. The employee then proceeds to take the dress out of our bag and inspects it. The entire time, even while she took the tag off for us, treated us as shoplifters. Train your employees, please. You’re never allowed to treat a guest like that. It makes them feel unwelcomed. I’ve worked in retail for years. It wasn’t her job to treat us like that or take the dress out of our bag even after we had shown the receipt and the design of the dress to her. I’m not going to shop at a place that can’t even treat people nicely. My friend wasn’t too happy about this either. It put her in a bad mood for the rest of the night and ruined our girls night out. I hope you’re proud of the way your employees treat their costumers.

Frustrated that it says it's open at 930 when they don't open until 10. I would have ran other errands before coming and waiting a half hour. Such a pain. I will still come here though since it's close to home and not a real problem with the store.

I loved this store! However I had my one month old son with me & I was breastfeeding... WITH A COVER... and a young employee asked me to leave! My baby needed to eat & if I was covering myself I don’t know what the big deal is! That pissed me off so bad... I will NEVER buy anything from this store again!

Guess what? Nobody works here either. I think they have 1 person running the show. The store is small so maybe. Can say this is the cleanest store. I think i have only purchased once out of all of my visits. I notice I never go to the end. The layout doesn't keep your interest. Not my favorite.

Items are marked incorrectly. Bring it up to management and they state it’s an issue with stocking, not them. Item on clearance was marked as $5. Receipt showed for $9.00. Even though ALL items were marked for the same price. They had no urgency to fix issue or at least change the tags. Customers are treated as an inconvienance.

This location has a pretty good selection for men,(tons for women)I like the trendy look and for a great price I can always find something! Recently I was asked by a few employees if I needed any help or assistance so I'd say their customer service has been improved within the last month or 2 of November.

Hi Guys ~ The new Forever 21 location in the Fashion Place Mall is set up and looks very similar to the Downtown Summerlin location. Yay!! We were So Happy when it opened! It's been hard finding similar style shopping vibes since moving here from Vegas. If you have a son and/or daughter who likes Forever 21, this store is a more time friendly - manageable size then South Towne Mall's location. Great selection for its smaller size. ~ Here's the Huge drawback ~ The Management ~ CASSIDY We were there last night - Friday, September 1st around 7:30 pm. At checkout we had a very sweet young man checking us out. I signed for my credit card purchase and BAM the POS debit/credit card machine went dark. The young man said Oh No not again!! He then brought in the early to mid 20's Caucasian Brunette ~ CASSIDY "Manager". She told us that she'd have to ring us up again at the other register. She was throwing MAD shade n attitude for putting her out! No apologies for the extra seven minutes we lost because of their system malfunctions and hassle. She didn't know if it charged my Credit Card already - because we had essentially gone through the whole checkout process, I signed my name and hit enter then the screen went blank - With a HUGE scowl for putting her out with my question of a double charge, she flippantly and RUDELY asked me to check my Credit Card account (I used Credit not Debit) right then and there for the charge (I must be Old School.. I don't have quick access to ALL of my Credit Cards on my phone. My goodness little girl I've got a few ;) Does she have quick phone access to ALL her financial accounts?! How about she let me play with 123 dollars of her money and let her guess whether I have it or not.. Would that bother her at all?! She then rang us up again and the price was $107.37 instead of $123.67 She asked ME, The Customer "WHY?" I don't know Why? I was just there to pay for my kids purchase. I didn't know I had to double check their work?! She asked us if we had taken anything out, or had an extra bag we were now hiding, something to account for the lower checkout price. Mind you the yellow store bag was in sight the whole time. Did we magically grab things out of the yellow bag?! ~ You guys she was definitely insinuating that WE had somehow taken items out of the bag and hid them ~ - If you've ever shopped at Forever 21 you know moving to the next register is a side step in length - With a VERY RUDE - Downright Nasty accusatory tone Cassidy asked us over 5 times about taking something out of the bag!? Then the young man who originally checked us out laughed and said "OH! It was probably me. I probably double charged them!"!! ~ I may not be explaining this very well but trust me, anyone who is SICK of Poor Customer Service, this lil would be "manager", Cassidy, was Atrocious! Her attitude was so low rent and deplorable!! I know I can't stop my daughter from shopping here ;);) but we can let Corporate know they have a Terrible Manager with dare I say, behavior and attitude you'd expect from a Very low rent slum store. This girl needs to be back of the house only! (For my Casino/Hotel friends you know what that means ;) This was our first stop at Fashion Place Mall last night. This flippant, RUDE, poor people skills, let alone "Managemt" skilled employee sure knew how to put all the aforementioned adjectives into use!! Shame on Forever 21 for not training their employees on basic customer service skills! ~ Although I think they may have and it was just this chic's cringe worthy personality; YIKES! ~~ Watch your items being rung up for double charges and AVOID the Caucasian Brunette named Cassidy, The Manager! ~~ Because she'll definitely put your family in a bad mood due to her Very bubblegum chewing, Custome

Cashier failed to inform me that swimwear is a final sale. I simply wanted to exchange sizes of suit that didn't even leave the bag and was turned away. Wouldn't have been a big deal had I been informed ahead of time. Train your staff. Very upsetting.
