I've had 7 posters framed here and they have done an amazing job each time. We ran into a color matching issue because I was trying to frame new posters to match one I had previously gotten done there, but the frames were slightly different colors. They were so helpful and reframed the original poster to match the others. John, Patti, and everyone else who works there are so nice and I would recommend this place to anyone who wants great quality framing. I would give them 6 stars if I could. If you need anything framed, this is the place to go!

Absolutely glad I didn't settle for the first place I went.I brought in two papyrus art pieces. One smaller and one on the larger side. I've been wanting floating frames for them since 2018. The owner spent about half an hour taking his time to show me different frame options. He was patient when I went back and forth with my ideas. He also explained ways to make the project budget friendly.I am beyond happy with how the two pieces turned out. I also brought in a painting that was taken off of the wooden canvas frame so I could transport it while traveling. The woman there gave me two options one that was $200 and one that was $25. She educated me on the type of painting I had, along with different reasons to go with either option. I ended up having it laminated (not sure the exact term) on a foam piece. It turned out perfectly.I am beyond happy with how all three pieces came out. Also extremely happy with the prices. The employees are patient and kind ?

Jeremy helped with choosing the type of frame that would make my photo pop. Talk about gorgeous?!!! Absolutely beautiful. I brought in a hand painting which was brought from an artist in Lago, who I found on FB. Very Happy! I have another painting I will be taking in soon.

The first frame store I ever went to after moving back to the area five years ago was Framing Establishment in Murray, and I have gone nowhere else since that first visit. The quality of the work here is absolutely superb. I have rather an eclectic, non-traditional approach to choosing frames, and they never fail to produce exactly what I want. The staff are accommodating and always helpful. I would never consider going elsewhere. This place is simply THEE BEST!

I went into the Framing Establishment today to frame a very special cross-stitch piece I recently completed. Aubrey was a joy and so helpful, made the process very easy, it's great to work with someone who has knowledge and is helpful and cares that the customer is satisfied. I will absolutely be back again, easy to see that this is a quality establishment, much appreciated!!!

On a friend's recommendation: I took in a painting for custom framing and they did a beautiful job! There is a great selection of frame choices and the employees were knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend The Framing Establishment.

Very helpful staff, getting a needlepoint framed took us a while and went through quite a few frames, but staff was very patient and helpful.

The only reason why I'm leaving this review is because of our interaction with an older lady the other day. Never have we been greeted with such hostility. We immediately felt like we needed to apologize after simply walking in and inquiring about their framing and matte options. The lady was short with us. She was rude for no reason Everyone and everything else was great. It would've been five stars otherwise.

Amazing service, was in and out in 10 minutes with the perfect frame for my painting. Man helping me knew exactly what frame would go best and had my picture perfectly framed for no extra cost. Will be going here again.

I had some fine art that needed a floating edge and they made the shadow box look great.Dust and small white particles got displaced onto the black part of the image when the matting was installed but they were happy to help when I showed them.Framing Establishment is great at what they do.

I requested a framing quote from the Framing Establishment via Yelp messaging. They were very slow to reply and still haven't replied to my last two messages (also emailed someone). I thought about stopping by in person, but then I decided that if a business can't reply to a simple request despite numerous attempts to reach them, it's probably indicative of their service and/or quality of work. I will be looking to frame the 4 pieces of art elsewhere, it's too bad for Framing Establishment to not have the chance to perform this work. Very disappointed with the effort put into contacting them and the lack of effort they displayed in responding.

I've had numerous pictures and fine art framed here, I am always extremely impressed by the professional service, and the great help in choosing the right mats and frames. John and his staff go out of their way for customer satisfaction, and making sure I am happy with the final result. The prices are very reasonable and superb quality & workmanship. I would not go any other place to get my valued pieces framed. Thank you John and staff.
