I had so much fun in the store and found so many fun things. The customer service was so fantastic. I didn't even need to look for anyone, they were right there to help me out when I needed them. I'm grateful for my experience in this store.#neverstopdreaming

Came in just barley for Black Friday and their customer service was AMAZING!!! Such cute, friendly, helpful employees and their store looked so organized for it being Black Friday! After a very disappointing visit to Zara with grumpy employees, closed fitting rooms, and only select styles on sale, Gap had completely won me over!! Definitely would recommend this location to anyone, I’ll be visiting again soon!!

I regularly come to this store to do online returns as it’s convenient and reduces environmental impact of shipping. The manager every single time I’m there ‘reminds all our customers that online orders can be returned shipped free’ and really makes you feel bad about online returns. After every interaction with her I just leave rather than staying to browse and most likely purchase something.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I’ve had bad experiences here whenever the store manager is there. She always seems very frustrated and annoyed, and I always leave feeling bad for coming in at all. I like Gap in general though, and the other employees have been awesome.

My first time buying at this location, I usually don't go there but I wanna try something new , new clothing line from different brands but this gap store has very few choices, I spent 30 minutes looking for boys clothing around 7 & 9 very hard to find.. Not again...

I usually like Gap, but not this one. The middle aged lady with the dark red hair doesn’t seem to like people coming in her store. I thought the first time was just an off day, but the next time I came in she was also visibly displeased with having to help me. Very uncomfortable and I don’t recommend.

Tried to return an online gap purchase to the mall gap store which is clearly stated as acceptable on the website, but alas no.“Karen” the store manager strongly argued that it is the store policy to NOT accept online returns at her store.It’s apparently her store policy not the gaps.So much for customer service.Stay away from this one.

For the first time in years, I spent hours at the mall just shopping. I went in several women's clothing stores. I was greeted by several employees which was nice. BUT...the store was a mess!! Piles of boxes and clothes were waiting to be stocked in the middle of the day with customers. Several expensive ($50+) regular tops were so wrinkled it was distasteful. I'm sure you have steamers to iron the clothes before putting them out for purchase. If it looks that bad before I buy it, why would I want to?! It was not a pleasant visual experience.

The prices have skyrocketed in the past few years and I am super disappointed in the clearance prices for adult clothing, nothing like in the past. Children's clearance is better, but still higher than in years past.

The last two orders I’ve made online, never arrived. When tracking the shipments, I can see that they have moved to different facilities, but then they get stuck for a couple of weeks in one place. I call to talk to customer service, but after waiting on hold for AN HOUR, I give up. Then dats later, I receive an email from gap saying they have to cancel my order. Grrrr!
