Very positive experience. The specialist I worked with was confident, highly skilled, and corrected the problem quickly. He also maintained an encouraging demeanor the whole time. I highly recommend the Geek Squad for helping with computer problems.

Service was quick and Wyatt was extremely helpful. Everyone I interacted with was very kind and quick to find the problems with my computer. Great place!

When you need service because your computer is your livelihood you can no longer just go to the Geek Squad and get the great service that you could a few years ago. It has all changed and is no longer helpful.

Was given an 8 hour window for delivery and installation of a new TV, 30 minutes before the end delivery time i called for an update only to find out the order was canceled. I was told 3 different times it was still out for delivery and when asked if there was an estimated closer delivery time i was told “umm it looks like it was canceled but i cant see why”…. Then was placed on hold and eventually hung up on. No communication between Best Buy and their customers!

They never disclosed that I was buying a floor model, and over a month later I still haven't gotten any answers or help getting the promotional advertising off of the screen. I can't even count how many times I've waited on hold forever, been hung up on, or had the automated system randomly end the call. To make all of this worse, the laptop was on a new credit card with them that I opened, that I haven't been able to pay because I never got the card nor can I even access my account to pay. My credit is now taking a hit, not because I don't want to pay, but because they won't even let me. If you want to get ripped off and cheated, apparently best buy is the place to go. I hate to write this review, I would hope for at least some answer or help.
