Just had the Murray Gerber Collision do some work on my car. They were all so pleasant to deal with and did really quick and good job on my car. They tried to contact me about some damage on the right side of my bumper that was not caused by the person who hit my car on the left side wanting to know if seeing as how they had the paint already would I like them to fix it also. My internet was down and I did not get the message until a day later. They decided to just go ahead and fix it and did not charge me for it. WOW! How's that for great service? I will recommend them everyone I know. Thanks Gerber Collision.

This is the best repair shop I’ve worked with. Shannon was so helpful and communicative, my vehicle was done 2 weeks sooner than expected, and you wouldn’t even know anything ever happened to my car. I can’t recommend this shop enough. Again, HUGE shoutout to Shannon. She took care of all my questions and needs so well and professionally!!

They've had my car since January 11th it's been OVER a month! I had to keep contacting Shannon myself because I NEVER received any updates and even after informing Shannon I wasn't receiving any of her emails she supposedly sent so I gave her a different email address and I still NEVER received any emails updates! I've had to continuously call the shop for updates and every time Shannon said she'd call me back with updates I NEVER received any calls backs!! This is RIDICULOUS! I'm paying out of pocket for a rental car even though I have full coverage so that's been a joke and I've informed Shannon that I'm paying for a rental car you'd think she'd be more on top of things....This is the worst experience I've ever had!

Sooo professional thorough and quick!They were a gem to work with and kept giving me updates via text which I loved.If you have a rental you can drop it off there and they will call the rental company to pick it up!Hopefully I don’t have to use them again but for car repairs shop great people!
