This is the 3rd time I've been to this place and the customer service is terrible. I asked the guy at the counter if they had any more of this certain firearm in the back because this one was marred up. He told me we have more in the back but i would have to buy this one. I felt like I was doing them a disservice by being there and asking questions. They say 3rd time is the charm and it proved that today. I will never come to this establishment again. Stay Away!!

I came in to buy a lower receiver for my firearm, the guy training the new guy was very rude to the new employee he acted annoyed to help. I tried asking him 2 different questions he completely ignored me very very rude to treat customers like that if your annoyed to sell product then quit. I checked out the range while they were running my background check ammo was very limited supply and the range was very very run down. There’s so many gun stores in town that treat you with respect and are nice to their customers. So I suggest going to any other gun store if you want to purchase a firearm and as far as range goes do yourself a favor and go to tnt if you want some range time TNT is only a few minutes down the road and it’s the same price and WAAAAAAAY nicer staff and the range isn’t run down like this place. I won’t ever be coming back to this store I would literally rather go to any other store than this one again. NEVER AGAIN. You guys should teach your employee to treat people with respect he was even treating the new employee like he was an idiot. Horrible customer service I could keep going on for hours but bottom line is when you go in they are going to be annoyed that you came in and it’s not like they have a better price or something literally no reason to even step foot into this place with a way nicer range down the road and plenty of other gun shops in town. I would actually say they were more expensive. My Anderson arms lower was $79 plus tax when it’s $59 everywhere else

Took me a half hour to find a lane that was actually working. Worker wasn’t very nice and acted annoyed at me. Needs a lot of maintenance. Don’t waste your time

Nice range. The older gentleman was very nice but the younger employees seemed very disinterested in helping.

As a novice shooter with almost no experience, these guys were great. Answered all of my newbie questions without judgment. Helped me fire my first PCC today. Pricing was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend for less experienced shooters looking to get some range time.
