I have a bike with my kiddo on it. I tried to come shop but they wouldn't let me walk through with the bike. It is smaller than a shopping cart. Silly to me but whatever. Their loss.

I’ve gone to many goodwill stores, this is one by far has the best selections. The current supervisor at the store is attentive and friendly, I think her name was Emily.. she as super kind and friendly. The staff there are also super kind. Definitely my go to for a good thrift find! 🙂🙂

I was visiting my son and granddaughters and drove by and decided to stop in, I was so excited when I walked in this Goodwill especially at the prices, the friendly staff and the cleanness of the store. Was just awesome. I visited the store everyday while in Utah, found great deals at very low price.

Just left the Murray drop off! Wow!
The kid who is supposed to be taking drop off things needs to learn a few things. He took one of my boxes over to a big box and just turned over my box and dumped everything in, which had glass things in it! I said there was glass in there he said I didn’t know that! Of course you wouldn’t, but you don’t treat peoples stuff like that!
I said do you treat peoples stuff like that? Oh well he said! ARE you kidding me? The girl that was supposed to be helping him(I guess) was nore concerned about something in her car.
I mean there was me and one other car.
I will think twice about taking my stuff there again! This job isn’t that hard, but then again it must be?

Very disappointed! The manager did anything to help when I came with some clothes for an exchange. Just because the corporate decision she said they cant exchange the clothes bought a day before without any tab on it. You're getting so rude and zero empathy. You forget that we customers are giving sometime some donations to you guys at least be understanding!!!!

Very high prices compared to other thrift stores. Disaster of everything everywhere, not employees fault, underpaid and over worked.
NOT ADA COMPLIANT AND PERMANENT CLOSED DRESSING ROOMS.
employees where really nice but they are doing 10 different peoples tasks.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
They rather "avoid theft and vandalism" which is basically them saying they don't want to pay for basic things other companies have to deal with.

Unpleasant shopping experience. Be aware that this location no longer has dressing rooms. Lights go off 30 minutes before closing time so be prepared to shop in the dark and be pushed out by staff. Prices are going up as well.

I encourage everyone to stop buying from here until they reopen their fitting rooms. Maybe consider hiring some security guards instead of taking it out on 99% of your customers.

I used to love Goodwill until I went recently and noticed they closed their dressing rooms permanently… Not only that, but they don’t do refunds, just in store credit. I’ll take my business elsewhere
