I usually avoid this location, but all the others had long wait times. I went in for a simple buzz cut. I have been getting the same cut for years and the woman who cut my hair today was combative. She did not cut my hair as originally requested even though she confirmed my clip notes at the beginning. She did fix it as how I wanted, but I had to mention multiple times during the cut how I wanted it. Another time I came to this location the woman cutting my hair complained non-stop about how her children don't talk to her anymore. I guess the 30 minute wait at a different location would have been worth it.

I've been having pretty good luck with Great clips until recently. Sent my 3 teenage boys in for a haircut and they all looked absolutely horrible. Someone at this location needs to go back to beauty school. I had to fix their haircuts myself to make them look even remotely decent.

What she gave me vs what i asked for. not only that, i told her i wanted it lower she ask me ONE QUESTION abut my hair and looked at the inspo pictures for 1 minute it was also un even had to go to a different person to fix it. The other person made a shity haircut alittle better

Poor customer service! Skipped over 3 times while waiting inside despite being the 3rd person in the door right at opening. When I asked why I was skipped the last time even when I was listed as next in line, I was told I was next. The customer in line after me that was called before me even indicated that I was there before him. I watched them move a total of 3 people ahead of me in the queue. Terrible customer service.

the barbar how gave me the hair cut he had hard time to move his right arm because of shoulder problem and you guys should let him rest and pay him until his surgery is done and he can work again.

The lady did a good job on my sons hair but seem rushed insomuch as she ended up cutting my sons ear on the inside. I just don’t understand the hurry. She made it sound like Edward scissor hands when trimming the bush crazy.
