“I was given Chris’ number by another local gun dealer while I was looking for a part. As it turns out, it’s a part best bought online. Chris took a lot of time looking into this for me, giving me the specific website and step by step instructions on how to find what I was looking for - Even though he didn't stand to benefit anything from it (since I’d have to buy online). Not only did he do that on our original call, he then called me back a few minutes later with more info he’d found in the meantime. “I took my firearm too Frank, for something I personal messed up. I was a bit worried that I would have too buy a new barrel and a gas tube, I talked too Frank and he said I can fix it don’t worry. I was super happy with the results that he managed too fix the issue and also installed a free float rail that I had for an awesome price. “Rob did a transfer for me on a Keltec CP33 that was smooth and easy. The staff went through the 4473 form to make sure I understood how fill it out. They even offered help me compare accessories they had in the shop so I could plan on what mini red dot to get later. Surprisingly they didn't try and push the most expensive one but the one that fit my budget. I settled on a Holosun 509 and when I'm ready to buy it they would help me mount at.”

“I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the work done by the gunsmith at sportsmans warehouse.I’ve sent in everything from a Steyr Hahn Model 1912 with a broken spring and follower, an FN-49 that needed cleaning and parts replaced, to an FAL that needed its gas system tuned and optic fixed. My requests tend to be extremely unusual and complicated and yet the sportsmans gunsmith is able to make it work.Rates are reasonable especially if you are a member of legacy shooting center. Dropping off a weapon at any sportsmans location is also convenient.BE AWARE. Service times are very slow because the quality of the work is extremely high and staff can be short at times. If this is an emergency or rush project you may want to inquire elsewhere.”

The quality is top notch, they make everything to order with a huge array of camo pattern options and their customer service is 10/10.People whine about the long lead times but they don’t understand that Beez makes everything as they go.
