“I got a letter in the mail, my credit card had expired. So my payment was late. I was due for a procedure the next day. I called and I got a very helpful person on the phone. It wasn’t about five minutes and they had gotten me all taken care of. I decided to switch my automatic payment to checking instead of my credit card. Just to make sure this doesn’t happen again. But if it By chance did, I’m sure that their billing department would take care of the problem.. Thank you so much for your service!”
