I don't buy prepared foods, but they look pretty ordinary to me. The breads from the bakery are just ok. They need to find a new seafood manager or a better supplier. The selection is good, but the fish is usually a bit soggy (old). Theh best fish store in Utah is Aquarius, period. The selection and quality of meat is very good. The quality of vegetables is very good, but the selection is minimal. $3.49 for a single organic pepper? In summary, this store is a great addition for Salt Lake City. It's a bit pricey, but you do get what you pay for. One more thing. Offering freshly made pasta is a great idea, but Harmons' is truly dreadful. They need to find a new recipe and to use semolina and eggs.”

“I love Keto Chow products - 5 stars! Keto Chow is known for keto/carnivore friendly meal replacement shakes (mostly sweet flavors) in addition to 4 savory options. They also have daily mineral drops and a few other liquid supplement products. I originally heard about Keto Chow by watching Dr. Ken Berry videos on YouTube. And I've seen the owners many times speaking at Keto events and sponsoring Keto events. I'm convinced by the science behind the ingredients. My first experience was a small order through Amazon - a sampler kit - good stuff. They're super convenient for situations when you don't have time to cook a full carnivore meal. This time I placed an order directly from Keto Chow. I actually ordered one of EVERY flavor! The current flavor count is 31. This includes 4 savory flavors (like Creamy Tomato Basil) and several special edition holiday type flavors (like Eggnog). Mostly, I placed my recent order as a flavor extravaganza for my 81 year old mother. She switched to a Ketovore style diet about 6 months ago. She's had amazing results but she still struggles with sugar cravings. Since Mom was visiting for a few days, I placed the order so we could have fun sampling flavors. BTW, we both love every flavor we've tried so far. Both of us prefer mixing with whole milk. (We also tried water, half n half, and heavy whipping cream.) I recommend all of the Keto Chow products. Please remember, however, the shakes aren't desserts. The shakes are Keto friendly meal replacements with no added unhealthy junk...no sugar, no grains, no vegetable seed oils, no weird factory made emulsifiers. Of course, the shake flavors won't knock your socks off like a real vanilla ice cream malt or an ice cream sundae. But for what they are, I really like them. Thumbs up! -Maxx”

They also start shopping for your order way ahead so you are able to pick up earlier should you choose. Although they may be a bit pricier than other stores, I believe their produce & meats are better quality.”
