“Battle of the wholesale clubs Sam's club does a great job but they're always going to be second to Costco. one of the things I do like is they do put items on sale with yellow price signs. definitely more clearance price items and you can get at costco. their scan and go app is amazing and absolutely recommend using that. if you have a Sam's club membership and you haven't used a scan and go app do yourself a huge favor and download it and start using it. I actually have a Costco membership too and I go to both and I find that they both have their strengths and then I shop at age for those. Costco's just hard to beat with their customer service it's unmatched by anyone and I've always said Sam's club would do well to follow in their footsteps in pick up customer service policies that are more customer-friendly but Sam's club does a great job!”

Rileys ignorance was absolutely appalling. I’ve been around the block but I’ve NEVER …. In my life been treated so rude. Unfortunately this is the only infusion place in the valley that I can come or I would have walked right out the door. I am so disappointed in the way I was treated by her.”

“Amazing customer service. My son has been on antibiotics for spinal meningitis. He was supposed to be finished by tomorrow (New Years Eve) however the doctor decided today to keep him on the antibiotic for another week. I called Jen at Coram around noon today and just received his medicine a few minutes ago from their delivery driver! Delivery from the Salt Lake Area to Idaho Falls in 7 hours is amazing!”

“Five stars for Liz it was my third time attempting to get my Rx filled before a trip (I’d attempted to get it three days in a row prior to the trip) the previous two days I was told it’d be 15 minute wait, which was fine i communicated I’d be back the following day. Following days came and it wasn’t prepped. Finally Liz took care of it right away without explaining it was my third time back and it took all of 2 minutes. I get that stuff happens every once in a while but it was frustrating to arrive, park, wait in line, and be told to come back multiple times. Anyway Liz thank you!”

“I’m extremely impressed with the shuttle service. I am attending a conference this week and planned to walk from the Frontrunner to the building, about a 15 min walk. I started out on my walk the first day, unaware of the shuttle service, and the shuttle driver pulled up next to me and asked if I wanted a ride to the campus and asked which building I was going to and took me there. The shuttle was also very quick to arrive when I called at the end of the day and the driver was nice and we had a fun conversation. The next day the same driver the morning before was also there and he waited for both trains (north and south) to arrive before leaving. The next couple days I had a different driver, but I was still super impressed that on the second day he didn’t even need to ask where I was going, he just took me there! This service has definitely made my week less stressful. I also love the upbeat music playing in all the shuttles.”

“I wish I had switched years ago to this pharmacy. Not only do they have my medication, which has been very hard to find, but the customer service is amazing. Super quick pickup in an inviting shop, and real people, not AI, answer the phone quickly. And I expected a much higher price than the big box pharmacy but it was actually the same.”
