I had the worst experience here today! Customer service was absolutely atrocious, no one wanted to help, when I asked for help it was minimum at best. I will not be returning.

Terrible customer service. Several employees on the floor. Not a single one asked if we needed anything. When we did ask for help they pointed to a part of the store we couldn't see. I would understand if maybe there were a lot of people in the store, but we were the only ones there. Ended up ordering what we were were looking for online.

Good clean store, appeared some tension I want to blame on color discrimination, im tan in a mostly yellow or white toned area , but I’m never disrespectful , no purpose to report to higher positions they tend to cover everything up - but my opinion is very valid - it is one of my favorite stores for about 8 - 10 years so we can continue

Associates are not friendly. The cashier saw me struggling to reach for jeans for awhile and only offered when some fell from the top shelf. I'm short so it was obvious to all of them it was difficult for me. They're too busy talking to each other. She also said they didn't have the size of jeans I was looking for. I did find a pair that was the size she said they didn't carry. Going forward I'll shop online.

Sales floor staff was super friendly. We were looking for a specific color and size. They didn't have it on the floor. Someone returned the size and color we wanted and their employee sought us out so we could buy what we wanted.

Closed at 7:51pm instead of 8pm. Not sure how that's acceptable for a retail store. Usually stores like this are fined by the mall when their doors are closed early. I have no problem reporting. Thanks David.

They are very rude and unprofessional, went to get pants was fat shamed by them telling me repeatedly that I could not fit in a smaller size, which I did then she acted shocked that I did, and when another full figured women walked in they straight up told her they didn't sell size 40 that customer didn't even ask for that size, I will never buy from them, at least not this location,she ruined my whole experience. Assistant manager get rid of her.

Went in today for Christmas shopping and was helped by multiple employees, all friendly and knowledgeable. The store was super busy but everyone had a great attitude and the check out was quick and easy, even with a mail order needed. Great experience!

I have the very bad experience today at this store. I went in to exchange the tshirts I bought last week. The guy with white shirt and looks like 18 year old, he was very rude and he asked me to buy the item which I already bought saying that I didn't give the exchange item. I have ready many bad reviews I think the management should do something and hire the good employees for the store .

The workers are very rude at this location. I came to exchange pants for a smaller size and i had the tags just not attached. no where on the receipt does it say tags need to be attached. the dude with dark curly hair told me “sorry to be a bother but i can’t exchange these because there’s no tags attached and dog fur” so i went to a different location and they took them just fine and told me the dude should of taken them back and never should of turned me away. what a pain.
