Literally the BEST vodka I’ve ever had, and I’m a whiskey girl! This stuff is like nectar from the gods, sooo smooth and you can drink it straight with no problem. All their spirits are fantastic but the vodka is my favorite and I also love Barbie 🤍

Fantastic distillery tour! Loved coming during the month of October where they have a whole Halloween vibe going on. During the tasting as well, there is a fun little treat. I loved the Bosun’s gin and Perla vodka! Very comfortable energy from the distillery guide and it’s always fun to learn something new during these tours.

All I can say is OMG!!!! this place is amazing!!!! From the tour with Chris it's not a usual boring tour he keeps you interested and really explains and gives you the history behind everything which is very nice. And he's super nice and answers all the questions you have. Then the tasting with Bre you feel like your at your friends house having some drinks! She very nice and super fun. Everything here is very nice from the staff to the decor the snacks and the bathroom OMG!!!!! ITS BEAUTIFUL AND SO CLEAN. Will definitely be back with some friends to do another tour.

Had a fantastic time tasting the excellent elixers distilled at Holystone! Austin was welcoming, knowledgable, and charming as he led my group through sampling spirits and discovering the distillery.
Holystone clearly cares deeply about their products, and that care shines through in taste and design. We specifically enjoyed the Cerulea Gin and Apparition Absinthe.

Austin was wonderful and put up with a 6 pack of goofy women while explaining the alcohol distilling process. He was charming and incredibly knowledgeable about his business. We had the best time, and the tasting and ambiance were superb. This is a must on your SLC bucket list.

This was an unexpectedly wonderful experience. Brie was a great tour guide, and did an excellent job explaining the distillation process and how Holystone operates. But then the tasting was really elevated: a unique setting, charcuterie pairings, and a very relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended.

This place is a hidden gem! I totally recommend it for a girls outing or a couples date. The back story of how the distillery started and the history aspect of it was very cool! The tour was informational, and it was really neat to learn about what goes into the distillery process. The tasting experience was phenomenal, the ambiance of the whole place is to die for!! They really did an amazing job teaching you about the different flavors in each drink and how to pair the different alcohols with different snacks. We absolutely loved it!! Thank you for such an unforgettable experience!!!

Excellent products, friendly people. Their absinthe is amazing, albeit a little pricey. Honestly, all of their offerings that I have tried were excellent. Their tasting and tour was fun and informative.

One of the best tour+tastings I’ve experienced. The tour and history are informative, and the staff all have good senses of humor that makes this even more enjoyable.
But, the tasting is where the experience gets really elevated. It’s easy to tell that Holystone has put a lot of effort into their craft. They have very much mastered their unique flavor profiles for vodka, gin, shochu, and absinthe. Each spirit has a distinct flavor accent that sets it apart from the crowd—and you definitely don’t have to be a connoisseur to pick up on these details.
10/10 experience overall. This place should be on every spirit enthusiasts SLC itinerary.

It was awesome! I'm stoked I found this place on Groupon and had a blast with my partner. The tour was top-notch. And the tour guide was super helpful and friendly! Austin and Kris really made our date night extra special. The lounge was super cool, and the drinks paired with the charcuterie board were a delicious combo. I totally recommend this place 100%! 🎉👍
