New update: two guys working there; saying they are brothers, really don't know how to read a room. They were loud, couldn't tell when to stop talking, and very disrespectful by making fun of customers in front of said customer.
The rest of the employees seem to be chill, Vash is wonderful! I love their confidence and willingness to help others out.
Old review: Some of the employees are nice, others talk down on bands or other artists they sell merchandise for openly.

Rude?? I was checking out with a few shirts till I got a accused of stealing and when they checked my purse that could hold my phone and lipstick they found nothing and didn't apologize then told me I had to leave.. this place is just rude.

I absolutely love this location, the stuff is always so kind to me and are very friendly. The store has so many things and it’s wonderful, I just wish there were much more alternative clothing than they already have. 🖤

Employees walk away as I approached the counters I waited 3 mins and one comes back, helps someone on the other side of the desk that has been there less than I was. Worst store

3 registers open and no one would take my money?..sent me away from a register that was a fire hazard supposedly after being told to go to that register and than when thy were finally ready to help me sent me back to the same one poor c/srv 😬

Employees are cool and the store is nice. Watch out for the booths right outside of the store, employees for that business harass people constantly to try product.

Do not ever, and I mean EVER, order online and pickup at this store. EVER. Spend money on shipping or find another store
I have done this twice with this store and both were awful.
1st atrempt, about 2021, Employee was rude and had an attitude. Rolled her eyes when I asked for my order after waiting in line at the counter and basically thrust the package in my hand. Put me off shipping to that store for several years.
2nd attempt, much more recent: Allowing a second chance because why not? Big mistake. Not only is HotTopic having tech issues that makes this pickup process SO much harder than it needs to be, but apparently there is a new step to this process! Take the information from the customer, tell them you'll look for it, then forget they exist for 30 minutes! :D wonderful! When approached by the customer for their order, walk 10 feet to the left of the register, find the package with their name written in big letters in black sharpie, and give it to them in 30 seconds after being reminded.
I should have just grabbed my bag and left after 15 minutes.

First of all, I love this Hottopic and one of the employees is especially wonderful!!
I came in searching for a pin I’ve been looking for for months, I didn’t have high hopes in finding it as every Hottopic I’ve been to throughout my search hasn’t had it, and it hasn’t been available online. This sweet, thoughtful and kind soul GAVE me the pin off of their lanyard! I was so in shock and grateful but I also felt really really bad taking it, but they insisted that I have it. Thank you so so much Finn, you are so generous and considerate. ~ <3!!
