I came in and spoke with Karen about my situation and she was very helpful she gave me all the information I needed and helped me understand everything I had questions about. She was so sweet and caring it was amazing. I left feeling slit better about my situation and when I file I will come back to her.

DO NOT GO HERE I would leave 0 stars if I could. they do not know what they are doing and will completely screw you over and out of your return. I prefilled in December, finished in January with my W2s and have been given the run around for the past 6 weeks, I have been given multiple days to call back to check on my refund and just told to call back. They never once called me back I always had to call. This place is VERY VERY unprofessional and you will have to Amend your return if you have them file your taxes. I called and called from my personal cell on 03/05/2025 and didn’t get any answer until I called from my familys phone number. Karen Davis refused to look up any of my information when I came into the location on 03/05/2025 because I had called 20 mins prior to coming in, because Over the Phone Karen said she is not able to find any of my information in their system and hung up on me when I continued to ask her questions on the status of my return. so when I showed up to the store from the start she denied helping me or even just looking up the status of my return. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO RECEIVE YOUR FULL RETURN. I claimed 2 kids and had worked the full year and got a refund of $1400?!?! Make that make sense. This place is scamless and does not care about you.

at Walmart who did my taxes last year and this year she messed up on the same thing she did this year she entered in my social security number as my husband's and my husband's as mine this is the second time it's happened I will not be going back next year I am very very pissed
