Do not go near this place. I initiated autopay with their credit card partner, Community Bank, for a purchase at Jared's in March 2022 and I clearly informed that set up auto pay as I travel weekly for work. I emphasized the need to setup autopay to settle the balance within 18 months to capitalize on the interest-free promotion. The representative assured me that my auto monthly payments would suffice to clear the balance within the specified timeframe.However, upon reaching the end of the 18-month period, I discovered an outstanding balance of over $1,800. To my surprise, Community Bank levied a $3,494.62 interest charge on a balance that was only half of that amount. In addition to the levied $3,494.62, I am still making monthly autopayments which also includes INTEREST on the INTEREST CHARGE. This practice appears to be highly questionable and unethical, leaving me perturbed by the unexpected financial burden. Given that I set up autopay to manage this situation, finding a significantly inflated balance is both distressing and unjust.I've taken the initiative to address this issue through various channels. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to document the situation and contacted my local representative. To any Jared rep: Please help.

Took my ring in 4 times to have the prongs adjusted because it kept snagging on fabric. I paid once to have the prongs rebuilt, and that did not help either. The prongs didn’t appear to be any different. Took it in again, they said they would rebuild them again, this time it was better. When I took it in a few months later for its check up, they told me the diamond was chipped, which I believe they did on the prior visit because I very seldom wear the ring. I wear another ring on a regular basis and wear this one only on special occasions. I asked for the pics they took when they received the ring for service. They gave me a couple of blurry pics where you couldn’t see anything…another indication that THEY chipped the diamond. The manager, Tom said he would call me within 48 hours with a price of a replacement diamond. I was not happy with that solution because I don’t want to pay for a new diamond that I believe they ruined. This was in October and it’s now December 27th. I still haven’t heard from him. This is a dark blue diamond and is hard to replace. Very frustrated and disappointed with Jared Jewelers.

I had been looking all over to try and find somewhere to have my husbands Turquoise wedding ring deep cleaned and no one seemed to be able to clean it. I called Jared to see if they could do it before driving in. The woman on the phone said that she could look at it and to bring it in. When I got there I was met at the door by Hali who told me that they would not be able to do a deep clean on it because of the stone. Instead of sending me away again, like so many of the other jewelry stores, Hali gave me the name and address of a company that could help me. I was able to go to Mike's Custom Jewelry and get the ring cleaned and also get help on some of my other jewelry needs. I am so thankful for the help from Jared and their willingness to help their customers even if they have to send them elsewhere. This is amazing customer service. Thank you so much for your help!!!

I bought a watch here a few months ago and I needed something repaired on it. The store told me is would take 4-5 weeks for repair. Hali, who helped me, was amazing. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond and was able to fix the issue in the store and it's good as new. Hali saved me from sending my watch off for a month and represented the store well.

Monalisa is amazing! If you are looking for any piece of jewelry I highly recommend her! She is very detailed and not pushy like some sales associates. Even though we couldn't find a watch I will be going just to the Jared store to see her when I add more charms :) We we're greeted as soon as we walked in the store as well.

Stopped in to look at a matching band for my engagement ring. Monaliza the assistant manager Hailey and Jerad were very nice and helped me find an EXACT match to my ring and had it sized and ready for me to take home under 24 hours.. Thank you Jared for accommodating my crazy schedule and being so fun to work with. Would give 6 stars if I could..

I bought my wedding band here and had a wonderful experience! Mona helped me try on probably a million rings because I ended up being way pickier than I thought I'd be, but she was really patient and eventually helped me find the perfect ring (including all lab made diamonds)! She was also able to resize my engagement ring in a couple of days and steam cleaned both while I was there. I highly recommend Jared they were wonderful.

I bought my wife’s engagement ring at Jared and I could not be happier with the friendly professional service and the outstanding product they delivered. Monaliza worked with me through the whole process and was outstanding to work with. I was so pleased that we returned to Jared and also purchased our wedding rings here and, once again, they did not disappoint. I would recommend Jared to anyone looking for a great experience and an outstanding product. Ask for monaliza she will never disappoint.

Mona and the Jared staff did an amazing job setting our Parti Sapphire engagement ring. Customer service has been impeccable throughout the process of setting, sizing, etc. My fiancé and I could not be happier with how beautiful it came out. Thank you so much and we will definitely be back for our bands. I highly recommend them for any fine jewelry needs.

My [now] fiancé and I really enjoyed the experience working with Jared we worked with Mona and ended up with the perfect ring! We went in just hoping to look at what they had in store, and instead got a very personal experience. After exploring a few different styles our first visit, Mona brought in a small collection of rings from different jewelry designers, and helped us design something unique and fitting AND within our budget. The ring is incredible, my fiancé can't stop staring at it, and she's overwhelmed by the compliments. It's almost a shame we only get to do this once.

I hardly ever shop at chain jewelry stores, personally I’ve always been a mom and pop kinda guy. However, I needed some help with a piece of jewelry I bought my wife awhile ago and didn’t know where to go. I decided to give Jared’s a shot.When I walked in Monaliza greeted me and didn’t even hesitate to help me out or listen to what I needed/how to help. Since that day, I’ve yet to walk into any other store even to look. I have gone back to this Jared’s time and time again always having Monaliza help my wife and I out. Every time we walk in there now, it’s going to see a friend not a sale person trying to push us into buying something. I personally couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jared’s has earned my business.

We are so disappointed in our experience at this location. We were helped by a woman named Karen who seemed to know what she was doing, ordered my ring for my wedding coming up, took my card for payment, told me it would be a couple weeks and they would call. It has now been three weeks, no phone call, no email confirmation, so I call, and they don’t even have an order for me. My fiancé ordered a ring that day as well, and was told it was a size 7, it’s not. When we called we weren’t given an apology or anything. Horrible customer service. I will not be taking my business here & will be returning my fiancés ring as well.

Jared and Mona were SO helpful! My son purchased his engagement ring for his fiancé, my daughter had her great great grandmother’s wedding ring sized and polished for her to wear, as she is getting married this October and wants it to go with her engagement ring and then I had my pendant polished for my daughter to wear and bought her a necklace to wear it with, for that “something borrowed” and they cleaned/checked my “happy to not be married” ring on mine, which I purchased at Jared’s 9 years ago! They are AMAZING to work with there! I’ll be back!!! Thank you!!!
