I have a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan and took it into this location at the end of October. I've never had any problems with this location until now. We started having the check engine light coming on then going off then back on. When I checked the oil, there was none. I put almost 5 quarts back in to get it to read on the dipstick in the safe zone.

I come here quite a lot to service my car and I gotta say, Dee is the friendliest and coolest person I?ve ever met, she always makes you feel welcome and remembers you whenever you comes in. I definitely recommend this location! 10/10 times I?ve always been to just drive right in and have them help me with any problem I have whether it be my car is being funky or I just need a simple top off.

This is where I go whenever I need to get an oil change or need emissions done and have been going here for about a year now and they have great customer service here.. they're all so kind and they do a pretty good job with wat that do. I would recommend going here if you need minor things done to your car. Such as oil change, emissions..etc.

Don't trust these guys! Went in for a quick, simple oil change. What I experienced was overpriced and dishonest service, tried to sell me on an $80 oil change by claiming this is service I paid for last time .. uh, no. Also told me my battery needed replacement - itâ??s new. Windshield wipers were bad - they are brand new, etc. They tried one thing after another. I wonder if they actually even changed my oil, thatâ??s how shady this place has become. Shame on you jiffy lube for all the dishonest attempts at upselling. I wonâ??t give them my business again.

These guys are fantastic! I came rolling in with some car troubles and they happily looked over a few things and gave me some honest opinions about they could do and what they could not do and some ideas about the things they could not do. They took great care of me and checked all the fluids and my tires and made sure everything was good to go. Thank you for a great experience!

Arrived at opening time so I could get to work as early as possible in the day and was told it would be 12 minutes for them to get started for the day. You are open. Be ready to service vehicles by 8am please. Was most expensive oil change of my life. Was charged $90 for oil (value $40-$50 tops for 5.7 quarts) and $25 for air filter. TOTAL BILL WAS $134 AFTER TAX FOR AN OIL CHANGE. They wanted $25 for a simple tire rotation. I declined. Was told they checked tire pressure. They didn't. It was still low when I got in the car and had to ask that they do their job. Poor communication/customer service. I do not recommend choosing Jiffy Lube.

So I want to start off by saying I just went in for a normal oil change. Nothing else, really. They did the basic " quality inspection ", and he let me know my engine light appears to be on, and if it was on when I drove in? I worryingly said no, so he shows me a picture & I let him know it's not even my dashboard? Well he then tells me the technician sort of half asses it and runs through the questions anyways, which is why he confirms with the photos. He also notified me that I was running extremely low on coolant. So I just said fill it up, I asked if there was any leaks and he said they didn't see any but they'll " make sure before they finish " . Well, that was my biggest mistake there cause I could've done a better job myself at Walmart. Me seeing, and knowing the technician Matthew was half assing my inspection, I kept a close eye on my vehicle the entire service. I then seen about 3 people looking at it, none of them clearly knowing what they're even doing. I had seen Eric and Matthew adding the coolant. Eric didn't tighten the cap, which caused the cap to pop off when pressure built up. Matthew didn't know what the hell he was doing the entire time, and he thought tucking the hose underneath the coolant tank was like, normal, or ok?? Who does that? Who works at a MULTI auto care shop and doesn't tighten a freakin cap , let along kink up a hose that is meant to be pointed at the ground..? When everyone was finishing the job, they were then again looking under the hood and trynna figure out how to reset my oil change light, lol really? At this point I KNEW no one knew what they were really doing. Well I was like whatever then and I was on my way home. I drove no more than like 10-15 minutes. I'm in the middle of an intersection, just up the street of the auto care shop and my boyfriend smells antifreeze burning and my cars smoking. Also my temperature gauge started rising rapidly. I turned and pulled into the nearest parking lot and I popped my hood. There's antifreeze all over the serpentine belt system, and my engine. The cap was found underneath the tensioner, which also could've caused a significant amount of damage to the new belt tensioner and pulleys I just put on it. Well I was extremely fucking pissed and I immediately called jiffy lube. I let them know I'm now stuck on the side of the road from them tucking the coolant hose underneath the tank and I wanted a refund and some help. This service was fuckin bullshit, & I believe the manager came out. His name was Danny, he put new coolant in. He tried looking for a leak when you can clearly tell it's from the kinked up hose and cap that busted off. I drove back to the location to get my refund. The low coolant light came on while we were driving back so they continued to fill the coolant tank with antifreeze when we got there. He then told me he could just do a coolant flush to fix the issue I'm supposedly having. All the stupid ass " technicians " they got there don't know what the hell they're doing. He even had to pop the hood and let EVERY single one of them know where they went wrong with that shit. There is nothing but a bunch of idiots here. He did a coolant flush and put new coolant. He gave me a refund for the shit they did too. Honestly Overall, don't come to this location unless you want your car fucked up and to be left on the road. Worst jiffy lube ever.

Amazing experience here! Staff was amazing, greeted me at my door asked what I needed, got me right in. Kept me updated with everything they where doing and seeing! Let me no about coupons I could use. I told them about a problem Iâ??ve been having with my car they looked at it and looked at all the options for it and let me know every option available! The lady (Diane ) at the front desk was so so sweet complementing me and answer all of my questions! Will definitely be recommending this place and using this as my car shop when needed! Thank you for all of your help and expertise!

Went to this Jiffy Lube today to have my brakes checked and the service is phenomenal! I have been to 4-5 different Jiffy Lubes around the valley and my experience is always subpar but here the service was excellent! The man that helped me was so kind and honest about what needed to be done. Whenever I go to places like this I worry that they try and add on things that arenâ??t something that needs to be done right this second but he was so kind in laying out what could wait and what needed to be done! I came on my lunch break and they told me that they had time to get the beak pads done but my worry was is I had to be back to work. They told me that they would make sure I was taken care of and sure enough they had two people helping on changing the pads to make sure I was out and back to work before I was late! I was super pleased and will make sure to come here from now on.

When I drove up, I saw that the Jiffy Lube parking lot was crowded -- but as soon as I parked, I was greeted by an employee. I explained that I needed my oil changed and auto safety/emissions done. He said it would be roughly twenty minutes, so I agreed to stay. He escorted me to their waiting area and sure enough it took only about 20 minutes, start to finish. The services were quick and "painless". I appreciate that they offer a lot of online coupons on their website, at JiffyLubeUtah.com. Their coupons saved me $16 which brought the emissions and oil change portion of my bill down to $92. :) I am so grateful that they vacuumed my car and wiped off the fingerprints and dog nose prints all over my windows!! They also showed me which fluids were low in my car, which ones were due to replace, plus they offered to rotate my tires, etc. Although I declined those particular services today, the prices seemed to be reasonably priced (especially with all their online coupons). All in all, it was a good experience with kind, helpful employees. I will be back in 5,000 miles! :)

Best Jiffy Lube Iâ??ve been to and Iâ??ve been a Jiffy Lube customer for years. Really informative and friendly staff. They are not pushy about services and completed my oil change in just about 15 minutes on a relatively busy Friday afternoon.

Tried a hard up-sell to a full synthetic oil change. Told them up front I wanted a synthetic blend oil change. The Jiffy employee told me my Chevy Cruz could only take 0-30 oil, and he only had that in full synthetic. Wrong... My Chevy, and my other cars all take 5-30. I know this and even rechecked the Chevy website and my manual. 5-30 only. 0-30 is an option if the car is continually operated below -30', so if it was September in Anchorage, yes, maybe 0-30. The Jiffy employee was shocked when I said, "well, I guess I'll have to take it somewhere else." As I walked out he said "if you put anything but 0-30 in that you'll void your manufacture's warranty." LOL Lame...

I went in for a engine oil leak, come to find out the GMC dealer did not install it right. I spoke to Matt over the phone and he told me to come in. This is the best place I've ever been to everyone was so nice and helpful took them 10 minutes to figure out what was wrong and they didn't even charge me. Super nice and helpful made me feel right at home!

I was referred to this location by friends who constantly praised the service they received - indeed it was top notch! Friendly, fast, and worth every penny. From the service tech who promptly greeted me and got my car ready for everything I had asked for, to the management team that outlined everything done, needed to be done, and DIDN'T need to be done, it was clear that this group not only listened to the needs of customers first and foremost, but that they also had excellent communication among each other.

Jiffy Lube has really stepped up their customer service in recent years. I appreciate how they greet me right away and get to work. Recently I was there to get my car registered. They handled that and even offered to put the sticker on for me. Thank you! Then they asked if they could do anything else for me and I said that my tires could use some more air. They handled that and I was on my way. Thanks to Nathan and team for friendly and efficient service.

I've only been here once, but it was a better Jiffy Lube experience than some I've had. They were quick, were good at pointing out issues but not being pushy about having them fixed right then and there and could do registration renewal on the spot. My major qualm was that the emission test was expensive in comparison to other local places, other than that it was fine.

My husband and I visited this Jiffy Lube expecting to have a â??normalâ? oil change experience. Our car is close to our heart so when Josh walked us through every step of the process in recommending the best actions for ongoing maintenance of our vehicle we were excited that he was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. He went above and beyond to educate about what we should do and by when being mindful of our budget. His level of combined customer service, expertise, and communication skills are rare in any industry and we hope he will be recognized for it - we are definitely going to be regulars at Murray Jiffy Lube!â?

My daughter called me frantically on the side of the road half a block away from Jiffy Lube , I went and picked her up went to Jiffy Lube they told me to bring the van right in so I did and an hour later the serpentine belt was replaced the brakes were checked and all fluids topped off with an oil change. They told me she has new brakes that are good just needed the fluid-filled I was very pleased and the price was spectacular also recommend this place to anyone. Nice bunch of honest techs

Went in today for a simple oil change. Going to car places always worry me a little bit because Iâ??m worried theyâ??re going to tell me something is terribly wrong with my car. Anyway that DID NOT happen! Will helped me and he was AMAZING!! I felt like he was honest and not trying to just get me to buy all these different things.
