Mari did an excellent job fitting my grandkids and ordering other shoes we needed. The store was crazy when we were there. Mari was dealing with 5 people at the same time. She definitely good a multitasking. I couldn't do her job. Employees like this are hard to find.

They don’t have good customer service especially the red haired emo girl and the Jesus looking dude. The girl gave me attitude about socks and charms and the dude gave me attitude about returning crocs. All in the same day.

For raving about having exclusive converse they really fall short on their inventory. Having only basic colors in very common sizes and none of their exclusive colors for multiple sizes. Been in several time over the last month and have been disappointed

There is a cute young girl by the name Bree she works there she is amazingshe has the best customer service skills ever . i hope that this store knows what a great employee this young girl is and i really value the way she treats me . thank you Bree for treating me so nice .

I came here to buy shoes for my son. The entire time I was there, I was treated as an inconvenience and did not at all feel welcome. I went through with the purchase, but only because I was on a tight timeline. I will not be patronizing Journeys Kidz again.

I was originally going to exchange an online order where I was sent the wrong item, unfortunately they didn't have the item I wanted anymore. They went to the trouble of checking other stores for me and sadly it wasn't anywhere in a 100 mile radius. The employee helping me was superb. She was very empathetic and kind, even tried to contact the store that shipped me the wrong item to find out how they were going to fix it. They were still not open because of covid-19. I ended up just settling for a refund, but I was satisfied with how my situation was handled.
