Had some return to do my husband and son came and my son mentioned he wanted new shoes we showed up late. 15 mins before closing but 3 stores turned us down even though we showed up before 8pm. All of the employees welcomes us in even me I showed up after 8pm they were so helpful and didn’t seem in a rush to get us out. Well enjoyed my stop by

The manager big Jon helped me out getting a pair of shoes that are sold out everywhere!! Called a store in Idaho and had them sent over, super helpful and not pushy at all ◡̈ I super appreciate him and his awesome customer service!

This journeys has the most kind people Jon is one of the nicest store owners I’ve ever met, I came in to exchange some shoes I’d gotten 2 days ago that had a little problem. But even tho I wore the shoe and it was a little scuffed he still let me exchange them for new very genuine person. If your looking for people who care when you shop make sure to come to this location!

Jon Peoples was absolutely phenomenal! I had bought some doc martins in a size too big and although I loved them, I just couldn’t make them work for me. He helped me reach the best solution possible and made it fun. I had even called ahead and he planned out some time for me to come in and worked with me directly. From the call to the in person service, 11/10. No way they’re paying that man enough, he absolutely exceeded every one of my expectations and I’m gonna make it a personal goal that he’s who helps me buy every pair of shoes I get from journeys from here on out. I just wanted to give a shout out to the associate who helped me while I was there. He stated his is name was Big John. I called and a young lady answered and asked about a shoe size, she sounded rushed and said "yes I have those shoe in all sizes" I had been to maybe 10 stores now looking for these shoes in 3 different malls. I rushed over there right away and got there to find out they only had the size 6 that I had tried on in another store and they had never even carried the size that I was looking for, but John was such a huge help and he really wanted to help me find what I was looking for. He rushed in and out of the back trying to find sizes for many others (as it was back to school and super busy) he got me to try on a kid shoes size and it worked perfectly. I really appreciated his hard work and how much he was doing while 3 other associates were doing other things.

For raving about having exclusive converse they really fall short on their inventory. Having only basic colors in very common sizes and none of their exclusive colors for multiple sizes. Been in several time over the last month and have been disappointed
