I stopped in at Kay Jewelers to see if they could replace the battery in my watch. While I waited I looked around the shop. They had some beautiful things and a good variety. The gentlemen that helped me was fast, helpful, professional, and friendly. I appreciate the work they did and will definitely be shopping there again.

The K jewelers in Murray, Utah was the most horrible experience. We bought a ring the manager Diana Blackburn told us that it had a warranty, but when we went to bring the ring back because it was too large, they said we’d have to buy another warranty to get a different size yet it clearly states lifetime warranty on the piece of paper that they gave us which we were told was a lifetime warranty, horrible service

I came in to get my watch battery changed (I had the warranty that includes this) and they were incredibly kind and helpful! Marie is just the sweetest and even kept me company while I was waiting (no customers were neglected during this time). She has such a beautiful light about her and she made me feel welcome and comfortable even though I wasn’t technically a paying customer. She had such an amazing, kind, and happy disposition even though she had probably been standing on her feet all day while being 7 months pregnant. She definitely deserves employee of the month! Shannon was the other associate who helped me and actually changed the battery. It was maybe a 5 min wait as she was with another customer, but she was very sweet and smiled when she asked if I was okay to wait until she was available. She changed the battery quickly and popped the back part on. Of course, I managed to somehow pop it off, but she put it back on without complaining and not making me feel like an idiot. This is BY FAR the best Kay’s I’ve been to in both Utah and California. Both Marie and Shannon made the visit fun, easy, and quick. I’ll definitely be coming back to see them for any jewelry needs. Thank you both for your kindness, and good luck with your pregnancy, Marie! You’ll be the most amazing mother!

The fashion place mall location is my absolute go to forever! The ladies there helped me with everything from my engagement to my wedding! I love coming to visit and they’re always so excited to see us! Shout out to Diana and Rosalia for being incredible every single visit!

Went in to Kay's and had the most helpful team assisting me. Richie and Shannon was very insightful and patient. The store also was very clean. I'll be returning often to spoil myself. I love my new 💎's!!!

Shannon and Richie helped me design an absolutely gorgeous custom ring. They were extremely knowledgeable and communicated updates and while I was traveling. Absolutely amazing service from this dream team.
