What a strange place. The whole vibe of the office is just, off. I went in for an estimate and ultimately ended up cancelling my appointment to have my car fixed there. Almost everyone in there seemed to be acting "busy". There was a person I can only assume was the manager walking around eating candy, talking on his cell phone selling real estate, and instructing an employee to write up another employee right in front of customers. The entire establishment felt unprofessional. Upon reading other online reviews I guess I'm not alone with my impression.

Run away. Don't walk. Run.I took my car in for a fairly simple repair, damaged fender and wheel. Original estimate was about 7-10 days to get it done. It's been over a month now. I keep calling back for follow-ups and they tell me they're short-staffed. That's unfortunate, I get it. However, I've been told that it should be ready "by Friday" for the past 3 weeks in a row. Don't make promises you can't deliver. My 30-day rental period has passed and I still don't have my car back. I requested a manager last week and they said she was away from her desk right now, so someone would have to call me back. Today, 4 days later, I call back and the manager is "away from her desk" again. Shocker. The receptionist thinks this is a joke and may even giggle if you express some frustration. I wish she was wrong, but she's not - it is absolutely a joke.

I went in early last week to get an estimate on body work for my car. There was no one available to do it at that time which was 4:30pm but the receptionist Ashley took a bunch of pics of my car and took down my info saying her boss would get back to me soon. I called back 2 days later as I had not hear a word from anyone there. Ashley informed me that her boss was working on payroll and would try to get an estimate to me the next day or Monday morning at the latest. Since Monday was Presidents Day I figured I would give them till Tuesday to get the estimate to me. Today is now Friday and I never heard a word! Do not take your car here. They don’t care about their customers at all (Except Ashley she’s great!) On the bright side I took my car to Karl Malone Toyota Paint and Body. They not only gave me an estimate on the spot but I am already on the schedule to get it fixed! I recommend going there instead

Keeysha was amazing! She was able to fit us in super quickly and got our repairs going right away. She kept us up to date on the status of our car often. She answered every question I had, which wasn’t many because she was always so proactive with sharing everything we needed to know. I would highly recommended working with Keeysha again!

If you don't like having your time wasted, don't go here.My vehicle suffered some minor damage, so I filled out their online diagnostic tool to get the damage assessed. I waited a month, and they never got back to me. So, I called them, they explained that their online diagnostic tool was not working, and they asked if I could bring the vehicle in personally. So, that's what I did, and when I got there, they informed me that they don't work on vehicles older than 2017, even though I had already informed them that the vehicle was a 1995.A month. They wasted a month of my time. And all of this could have been avoided if they had exercised the smallest amount of accountability, due diligence, and communication. If you value your time, and don't like people wasting it: Don't go to Larry H. Miller Collision Center Murray.

I have a 2021 350 Ford Tremor that had frontend damage from a deer confrontation. They told me it would only take two weeks.... Six weeks later and the only communication I received was when I Uber'd in to see what was taking so long. When their "Technician" showed up for work I finally got my truck back.... The first thing I noticed was the sanding dust all over inside but upon further examination I found what looks like some kind of dried-up fluid all over my rear leather seats. It seems they used the back seat to store parts in for the six weeks. Total disregard of my immaculate interior that I have been proud of for almost three years. And now I need to employ a professional detailer. Who do we blame? The worker or the administration?

This shop is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Communication is terrible. They don't return calls or respond to emails. I physically have to go there to get any help. Took them a week to get my truck in after I dropped it off followed by 3 weeks to repaint my bumper and my upper bumper piece. They had to remove my upper bumper several times to get things right causing the clips to fail that hold it on. Now it's a warranty repair that I've been waiting on for over 3 weeks. No call, no text, and no email letting me know the status of my part. I've emailed the manager twice and called twice only to be told that they would call or email me back. They never did, and at this point I expect it from them. The repairs overall looked pretty good, which tells me the technicians know what they're doing. It's just talking to someone in the front office down there that is the problem. A serious discussion about the communication failures between the customers and this shop is long overdue. Looking at other reviews I'm not alone.Service: Body & Trim

Never using this shop again. We usually go to the Sandy location but decided to give the Murray location a try. They have had our car for 4 weeks now and we’ve gotten ONE update the entire time. We were told we’d get texts and updates each week, that is a lie. ANY time we call, Sally answers and gives a lot of attitude and seems to be overly bothered to even have to answer the phone or speak to us. And Keisha… the tech person assigned to our vehicle, has NEVER been available for updates when we need. She’s always away or not in or doesn’t call back. The insurance only covers the rental car for so long but we can’t even get a simple update so we can try to get the insurance to extent the rental since this shop STILL hasn’t finished our car. We typically have had great experiences at Miller owned businesses but this one…. Absolutely awful. Treated poorly in person and on the phone, minimal communication or updates, or just no response at all. If I could give zero stars, I would. Very disappointed. Hoping the corporate level does something about this so others don’t have a similar experience as what we have had to go through.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I’ve had a terrible experience with this shop so far. I was rear ended and it bent the frame. They told me I needed an entirely new frame. It’s took 6+ months to get in the new frame, which is no big deal. They called me when the frame was in and they told me they’d have my car for 4 weeks. I use my truck for work so I had to plan around that. When I dropped it off they had me fill out a form that said I would get twice weekly text messages. 4 weeks came and went, I never got a single message. Finally I called and they said that they are still waiting for part of the frame to arrive and they have only replace a portion of it. They said they couldn’t even give me an estimate to when my car would be available. That was two weeks ago and they assured me that they would start sending me regular updates. Again, I haven’t heard a single thing from them. When I call it just goes to voicemail. In the meantime my car insurance rental benefits have maxed out and I am paying $50/day for a rental car now out of my own pocket. Not to mention all of the work I have lost by not having my truck. This experience has been unbelievably frustrating.

Overpromised and underdeliveredWhen dropping off my vehicle for an estimate addressing a hit and run auto claim, I worked with a service representative who assured me that three items could be addressed while my car was in their care: rear body damage, front end damage, and removal of a stripped license plate screw. For the three week duration of the repairs, I received only one phone call, updating me that the car was in the final stages of calibration. All other updates required me to call the shop to initiate communication, despite signing a notification document at drop-off allowing me to select method of communication (text) and frequency (twice weekly).Upon arrival to pick up the vehicle, the receptionist seemed surprised that I asked for a summary of the repairs from the service coordinator, Jason Foutz, before paying. The rear damage had been repaired leaving no visible trace. Nothing had been done to repair the front end. When I asked about having it addressed, I was told that the insurance did not approve the repairs and that "they did not want to spend my money". I was not notified of the possibility of fixing this on out-of-pocket cost and later found out that this was not included on the supplemental claim for the insurance company. Lastly, their team did not have the ability to take out the license plate screw and I was instructed to fix it on my own with additional tools available at an auto repair shop. The entire time they had my vehicle I was under the impression that all three items would be addressed. Very unprofessional communication and limited effort made to address my concerns.Service: Body & Trim

Keesha worked with us from the beginning to the end. She was very nice, informative, and wanted to make sure all our questions were answered. They did a phenomenal job on our car. It looks like new again. We had a significant scratch extending across the hood of the car from one end to another. We have used this business in the past and we're just as pleased now as we were then. We'll use them again but hope we don't have to, if you know what I mean. ?Services: Painting

I had the pleasure of working with Keeshya Cox. Her level of expertise is second to none. She knows her stuff; the best part is her fantastic customer service skills. I work with people as well and know when you find someone genuinely caring about the customer, these people stand out to you. Keesha will forever have my business.

I went to LHM Collision less than a year ago. The clear was peeling off the passenger side of my truck.I had used them in the past and trusted them, I also knew the would warranty their work. They charged about 3500 bucks. It looked good, I was happy.Well life happens and the painted door got a ding. I was unhappy but, it happens. No problem.Until, a few months go by and it gets hot. The paint starts to peel.I take it back and am told not warrantable. I point out older dings on the rear and other side that are older/deeper and not peeling. I am told “the conversation is over”.I protest and they say, I’ll have the manager call you, I’m sure we have your info. As they disappear through the door. That was Wed. 19th. Nobody calls, so I call on the 21st. They say ohh, the manager had to go back to AZ. They’ll be back Tuesday 25th. Again no call no response.Per the person’s logic who made the judgement on the warranty. If there is any notable imperfection associated with peeling WARRANTY VOID!The paint hound never peel EVER! It is not acceptable in any scenario except maybe something catastrophic.I’m definitely getting the run around. I thought the had phones in AZ.I’m really missing the “do the right thing” type of customer service I’ve been accustomed to with the LHM brand. In hindsight, I should have painted the truck for the 1200 no warranty price from guy x. Same outcome.. 2300 bucks less.Service: Painting
