After meeting Richard, our salesman, we soon began to understand why he had been in the business for so long. He loves cars and is passionate about selling them and seeing the excitement and pleasure on the faces of his clients. His success as a salesman stems from the relationships he forms with them. Richard earned our trust by working tirelessly to get the best deal within our budget: Equally important was the follow-up and support he provided after the purchase. What drew us to him in the first place was his engaging personality. He is extremely open, honest, and personable. We were fortunate to have connected with Richard and feel that we have established a permanent relationship with him. We should add that our experience at this dealership has been completely satisfactory. Everyone we encountered in every department has been totally customer friendly. This is a special dealership. In the future we won’t go anywhere else.

An easy, efficient, and even pleasurable buying experience. We just picked up our TX that had been on hold for months due to the Toyota recall. Sharyl not only was helpful in the initial selection process but she offered clear communications that were never over the top or annoying, which I experienced at every other dealership during this car search. The day-of buying process was efficient and the post-buying support (how to setup driver profiles, buying cross bars, etc.) has continued. Great job to the whole LHM Murray team for making this such a 5* experience.

The technician that worked on my car did OK but the sales manager that was overseen. My service did not do well. I never got a text saying that my car was done. I sat an extra hour, and she never came and got me to tell me my car was done.

On November 12, 2024, Xochitl Garcia and Carson Moser at Larry H. Miller Lexus Murray checked, examined, inspected, and serviced our 2011 Lexus RX 450h.
A) They flushed the brake system and installed a valve flush kit. They performed valve line brake fluid service. They attached the brake fluid service system to all four wheels and removed the existing brake fluid from the master cylinder reservoir. They removed old contaminated brake fluid at each wheel through the brake blender until the new Valvoline series premium-dry brake fluid filled the system.
B) Flushed auto transmissions, including full Valvoline treatment. They performed automatic transmission fluid exchange, including visually inspecting components for leaks. They installed the transmission to thoroughly clean deposits from the entire transmission, including the cooler, valve body, and torque converter. They have removed virtually all of the old fluid from the system using an automatic transmission exchange machine. Pumped all new fluid into the transmission to the proper level and added additive and VPS transmission protector, conditioner, and sealer when applicable. They were checked for proper operation, which includes a road test when needed.
C) Replaced engine spark plugs, gaskets, seals, etc. Performed visual inspection of engine components.
D) Replaced engine coolant. Performed Valvoline cooling system fluid flush, which includes a pressure test, visual inspection for leaks, and circulating Valvoline Professional Series Super Cleaner through the cooling system to remove deposits and contaminated fluid from the system and refill with the proper coolant. Fortified with VPS water pump lubricant and protector to increase cooling efficiency.
E) Replaced inverter coolant.
G) Rotated and balanced tires.
I) Replaced drive belts.
J) Complementary multi-point inspection of brakes, brake lining measurements, tires, tire pressures, fluid levels, etc.
K) Left front (driver) CV boot kit electrical concern.
L) Right front (passenger) CV boot kit. Rebooted right front CV axle due to axle leaking grease from clamps.

Thankful for the master tech Irwin (hopefully I spelled that right) who helped program the brake actuator for my 2009 LS460. The tech had to do this a second time for us because the first time I had installed an outdated actuator myself. He informed us the part number was superseded and Lexus had made a new updated actuator.
It is a very tedious procedure but he completed it quickly and was successful with the updated OEM actuator second time around. Thank you for your time! I appreciate it.
Also, thank you to service advisor Brandon who kept me updated as soon as the LS460 got towed in. Brandon kept clear communication to make sure I knew what was going on. It’s nice to know that you can trust your advisor to keep you updated. Thank you!

Adam was great! Even though they were short staffed due to call outs, he didn’t make me feel like there was any delay or my services were put on the back burner. Also appreciated the constant updates including a call from Brad about my tired inspection.
