I went in with little notice looking for specific car and I was surprised with the care and attention to detail. I was greated by Preston Larsen, whom took the time to show us multiple vehicles within my parameters. I left with a dream car, perfect for my family. I highly recommend working with Preston, he is knowledgeable, patient and kind!

I went in with some previous loan debt and I had a car in mind that I already wanted. We test drove it and Collin went in to make me a deal. He was able to get me approved and out the door with the car I wanted and they gave me an extra 1k on my car that I traded in. They also let me pay the down payment a week later. All the salesmen were super nice and they have a really nice waiting area with coffee, soda and water. Overall very pleased with my experience and ability to walk out with a car.

I was fortunate enough to work with James for the purchase of my new Tacoma. James presented all the necessary information, including pricing options, financing options, and the various features, in a clear and concise manner. This enabled me to make an informed decision without feeling pressured. I came in off the street looking for a neighborhood car dealership, and they NAILED IT! Fast, knowledgeable, the prefect amount of sale pressure. Bronson (salesmen) went the extra mile to find some very specific questions that I needed answered before I pulled the trigger on a lease, and he didn’t hesitate to rise to the task. Nick in finance made quick work of getting me out the door with a few unexpected extras for good measure. 5 out of 5. I look forward to having a new hometown dealership.

Walked into Larry H Miller Toyota for questions about a trade in, left with a new vehicle thanks to Mark Mattice.All jokes aside, Mark was the friendliest most helpful car salesman I’ve ever met. He made us feel super comfortable and answered all of our questions. I recommend anyone who needs help answering questions or finding your future car to come here.

This is basically the summary of my last two visits. Once again horrible. I pulled into the empty bay and sat there while no one attempted to assist me. I then received a phone call while I was sitting there waiting in the bay from a lady asking me if I could reschedule my appointment! Are you joking?! Zero regard for the customers time in many different aspects. I hate, absolutely HATE, coming to LHM for service. I will never buy a vehicle here again solely due to its garbage service. I finally received a text that my vehicle was done. Upon arrival and once again I stood there in the service desk area while employees were on their cell phones and talking amongst each other. Not one of them asked if I needed help. I finally gave up and said, I'm sorry to interrupt you but who do I talk to to get my vehicle. The answer was a reluctant, well who are you working with? I could tell they didn't want to actually work and instead pass me off to whoever else was there. I used to think Karl Malone Toyota was trash but it looks like they're not alone. Absolutely terrible service department.

Looks like they just forgot to mention that when I traded in my car , they couldn't pay the money they owed me back for a couple of weeks afterwards. They did mention it after the deal was done. Also I Ordered BLACK plates, when I came in to pick them up they were not black. And said here you go even tho I had ordered and paid for the black plates. ( they wanted me to take the arches Plates .)I told them , I wanted my money back and they , well hv to cut you a check, so now I'm waiting on that also.It took 4hours to buy my car , it only took a few minutes to choose. So if you're in a hurry forget it.

The best auto purchasing experience I have had in my 68 years. I live in Nevada and I wanted to purchase a Toyota at a dealership here. I was tired of the games here in Nevada charging thousands over sticker. I found a web site that people had posted about Toyota dealerships that do not charge over sticker and Larry H Miller Toyota in Murray Utah was such a dealership. I contacted Josh Tolman salesman, he emailed the price sheet with no mark ups or add ons. I found the exact Toyota I wanted and gave a $500.00 deposite. I flew in to Salt Lake City Airport and Josh picked us up and took us to the dealership. He explained at length the features of the vehicle. Brian in finance was quick and efficient and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this dealership if you want to be treated fairly, Ask for Josh Tolman.

A few weeks ago I came in for a service appointment on my 2021 Tacoma. Knowing that my lease was about to expire in a few months and the car market is only going to get harder, I decided to take a look around the lot. I was then greeted by salesman James. He told me what they had on the lot at the time and what was on order. While we were looking on the lot, my old truck was appraised at a very high price and I had some equity on it for my trade in. I looked at a TRD Pro but ended up not choosing it because it was a bit out of my price range. The next week, another TRD came on the lot and I was referred to Ashok by James. We took a look at that one, I tried negotiating a price on it but I'll admit my expectations were a bit unrealistic. However, Ashok went in the computer system and found this black SR5 with all the stuff I wanted on it. We negotiated a good price on that truck and I put my deposit down and waited for the truck to come in. I get the text message from James this morning saying my SR5 is ready to go. I immediately head over to do the paperwork on it. It was a very seamless process and couldn't have gone better. Credit approval was very fast too. After a little wait and a good casual conversation with James while waiting for paperwork to be drawn up, I was called to the finance office by Josh (?) And we looked over the lease paperwork, everything was clear and good. I signed it and I was on my way. All in all it was a very good experience. My family and extended family have been doing business with Larry Miller dealerships for as long as I remember and it looks like it's going to stay that way.

A week ago I purchased my dream truck. It’s a 2023 Toyota Tacoma TRD off road and I couldn’t be more happier with it. This has been in the works for a while now and I couldn’t have done it without the help of Alexander Andreen or (Alex) and the team at Larry H Miller Toyota in Murray. Alex was a great salesman for buying my first vehicle. He was super friendly to me and my family, was super patient with us, took the time to answer questions and helped the purchasing process go smoothly. Last but not least, he remembered our names. Even a couple days after my purchase, I went in to get an accessory put on my truck in which Alex came out and said hello to me and my family remembering our names. It shows a lot about someone’s character when they take the time to remember the names of clients they work with. I would 100% recommend Alex at Larry H Miller Toyota in Murray if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. I can’t thank Alex and the rest of the team at Larry H. Miller Toyota enough for making a dream come true.

I was quoted $180 for a new key fob over the phone. So I made an appointment because that price was comparable to locksmiths I had compare. The appointment took five hours for them just to cut and program a key and when it was time to pay, they charged me $100 more than they quoted, I will never go back. They said there was nothing they could do. That was the price regardless of the quote, be very careful dealing with this location.

I love this dealership. Truly phenomenal customer service all the way around. Purchased my 2023 highlander from Brian here and my first service appointment with service advisor Donnie! He was so sweet and kind explaining what to expect and going over the details of the service once everything was completed. Cody also is great to work with too! He’s helped me with my accessories and tint once I purchased the vehicle. 20 out of 10 highly recommended to shop and do business here!

Staff was friendly. Donny got my vehicle right in. A lady offered me a snack while waiting. Drink options are great. I like the kid play area. Things are clean in the waiting area. Bathrooms are nice. You make it easy to get emissions done. I got my sticker here too.
