As a female, it’s hard to trust that I’m gonna get good service or a Fair deal.
I’ve had my tires checked, and now my oil changed.
Honestly, I’ve been really happy with the services So far their mechanics are well educated and very respectful.
I’ve had some bad experiences with places in the past.
So it was great to know that I felt I was in good hands and I wasn’t gonna be misguided because I’m a female.
Shout out to the team you guys are doing great thank you for your amazing service

My husband noticed my tire had been loosing air, he tried another tire shop and they wouldn't patch it, and wanted us to get new tires today. I told him to try here, and they patched it for free. We do need new tires in a few months, we are just strapped for money right now, I will be giving them our business when we get tires:)

I normally go to les Schwab and all location but this one has taken care of me. I am over 30 miles from my home with something in my tire. I asked for them to check it 30 min before they closed. They sent me away and referred me to a different tire shop. They also close at 6 and got here 15 min before they closed. I’m standing in the waiting room writing this. Highly disappointed in the customer service I received in a time of need. Burt Bro for the win tonight!

Kevin and Eli were amazing! So kind, knowledgeable, accommodating and professional! Free flat repair, though I didn’t need the repair that day and quoted a great price on new truck tires going forward. Amazing customer service! Will definitely make this my new tire shop going forward! Definitely recommend to all!

Do not go here if you happen to have an interlock device, even if you inform them. Not only was the alignment worse the first time and blamed on tire pressure, they ignored a re-blow, which has cost me extra money, and extra time I have to have the device. I was about to have it removed too! Really awesome guys!

I went into Les Schwab with a flat tire from a puncture. I was there less than 30 minutes and Kevin walked out handed me my keys and told me they were able to fix it and when I asked how much i owed they told me it was complimentary. I was completely shocked and surprised how fast they were and that they didn't even charge me for their time. This is why I always trust Les Schwab because they take care of their customers. Thank you Kevin for being so kind to take care of this for me. I will always use Les Schwab for all my automotive needs.

Had a nail in my tire. :( Couldn't get in with the dealership timely additionally the dealership was going to charge me $80!! Les Schwab said it was about an hour and a half to wait. They had me out in about 30 min!! So pleased. I'll be back for sure! Thank you Les Schwab Murray!

These guys were amazing. They found the nail in my car and put my spare on fire free. Plus they did all this when I came in 10 minutes before closing. I would hands down recommend them if you live near.

The guy went above and beyond to help me fix the plastic hanging down under my car. He was very nice and efficient. I did not catch his name but it was the best Les schwab experience I've had. I felt taken care of. Thank you, thank you!!!

I brought my flat tire to repair but they told me that this wasn’t repayable. When I double check of my trunk. I realized that they didn’t put the tire on the wheel. I came back and they told me that they didn’t it back because if I repair it and get any accident they will be responsible. But, if I want a new tire they could put the new tire on the wheel. I just felt that they unforced me a buy a tire with them.
All my oil change car was with Les Schwab. After this i don’t know if I will keep doing it.
