visited this Levi’s store today, January 15th, and the customer service was honestly disappointing. When I walked in, there were three girls at the front and not one of them greeted me. I even said “hi,” and none of them responded or offered any help—they were too busy chatting among themselves.
I was looking for jeans, and no one asked if I needed anything. When I went to the fitting rooms, they were full of clothes and clearly not being kept up.
A few weeks ago I came in and was helped by a male employee who was amazing—he actually cared, asked if I needed help, and even assisted me with discounts. Today was the complete opposite.
When I checked out and said “thank you,” the girl didn’t even respond. No basic courtesy at all.
If they don’t want to work there, fine—but at least greet your customers. It makes a huge difference.

Nice location near home, but they never have the pants or sizes I need. I always end up having to drive to the PC or Lehi locations for my needs and online they always ship me the wrong sizes.

None of the four people working in the store were helpful; they were all on their phones watching videos and TikTok. I definitely won't be back. I asked for information and help many times, and they just kept looking at their phones.

Levi’s is my favorite jeans brand. I came in looking for a birthday gift to my husband, there were so many selections I didn’t know where to start. Luckily Olive came to my rescue and she was able to help me find the perfect pair! Great staff and lovely store! Thanks again Olive!

Joshua was amazing! He was personable, friendly but also knowledgeable about some new fabrics and how they fit. He asked about my weekend and we just had a nice conversation while checking me out.

I wish I had gotten his name, but the guy working was SO helpful. I came in looking for literally any pair that fit. Its tough to be upper 30s and fluctuating between sizes, but he was super patient as I tried on probably 12 pairs and helped me find one that worked.

Had a great experience shopping here thanks to Owen. The store was pretty busy, but he stayed patient and really helped me find some jeans and put together an outfit I liked. He made sure everything fit right and left me feeling confident about my choices.
The store itself is clean and organized, and you can tell the team puts effort into keeping it looking nice. Really appreciate the help. Definitely coming back.

As a middle aged female, I am not the typical demographic for this store. However, I was warmly welcomed by Paisley. And Joshua offered expert recommendations, just as he did the one other time I was in this store. He explained the difference between outlet products and premium in store products.
When I returned for an exchange, another employee, Kaitlyn, was equally helpful and friendly. I highly recommend the Fashion Place Levi’s store for both products and customer service.

Went in this evening with my daughter to shop for jeans. Three young kids at the counter and no customers. Would have been nice if they had actually been interested in helping us. We decided to look elsewhere.

worst store they need to get this store out of fashion place mall. The hours are always off opening later then whats on the website, closing the store earlier than whats on the website. Customer service is terrible i'm scared to shop.
