My wife loves the jeans at Madewell. We went in tonight at the Fasion Place location & it was the best customer service. Above and beyond. Karen helped my wife find what she needed. She kept checking in & offering suggestions and was naturally & genuinely personable with us (and everyone). Great clothes & great customer care! We will be back.

Either you get it if you get it or you dont if you dont. Well, the people at Madewell GET IT! Not only do they have the best clothes, but their employees are top notch, especially Brady Crane and Ally Smith. I went in looking for something for my wife, and it was like they already knew her and told me exactly what would look good on her. They get the vibe.

Great store for husbands!! Just lounged/slept in this super comfy chair for about an hour while my wife shopped at a pace perfect for her. Just so smart and inclusive of all shop goers to provide this rest spot! Definitely will be recommending this place to my friends that have a girlfriend or wife! Could use a tv with a game on or something but this is a great start!

I really enjoyed my time here. The whole time some person was hiding behind the stands whispering “It’s happening to everyone”. At first I brushed it off, but slowly she started also singing about some house in nebraska and I became weirded out? Luckily Brady Crane told the weird women to leave me alone. Brady actually was so good that he sold me like 3 extra products. Great salesman.

My favorite madewell!! I first started going to this location instead of shopping online because two of the employees, brady and ally, found and returned my shitzu mammy a few months ago. She is 9 years old (66 in human years lolz) and still acts like a puppy! So of course she escaped🤣 ally was wearing just the cutest jeans and told me they were from madewell (her job where she works) when I asked. Now I come into the store all the time!! Brady and Ally are so knowledgeable and personable. I feel like we were best friends in another life🩷 they just get it bro! Mammy and I can’t thank them enough!

I used to absolutely love the jeans here but now I’ve had 4 jeans rip. One while I was at work in two different places! They won’t last more than a year now.

I was here the other week and found the best flannel I’ve worn in my entire life. I wasn’t aware that they had men’s clothing, but I am happy to say that it is nice, simple, and high quality. The employees were very nice. I went on a weekend and the store and fitting rooms were very busy. I think there was a sale too so that may have been a factor.

I'm on a personal journey to be better with buying clothing. Instead of buying fast fashion and cheaper pieces, I'm in my minimalist era and want to invest in quality pieces. Madewell jeans range about $100+, but I think it's worth it.Madewell offers a trade-in program that if you donate a pair of jeans (any jeans from any brand) they will give you $20 off a brand new pair. Their recycle program uses old jeans for insulation in buildings.The quality of fabric to the zip of the zipper was really impressive. When I was browsing and asking questions, the girls that work there were very knowledgeable. I thought I knew my size, but they actually told me to size down sometimes 1-2 sizes lower! I never in my life thought I would fit a size 29 ever again.I'm a huge fan of Madewell. They also offer free hemming. If you are purchasing from the Fashion Place location and are getting your jeans hemmed, the jeans are picked up on Tuesdays. You can pick them up when they're finished or they will mail it back to you. 10/10 for company culture and helpfulness of the store employees. I told myself I would buy one pair of jeans a month until I'm done recycling through my old jeans so that I can invest in quality jeans.

We went into the Madewell at fashion place today and felt like the workers and manager were profiling us and made us extremely uncomfortable. After being loyal customers we were judged and were looked at disrespectfully. They looked at us and our bags, counted everything, and talked about us once we turned our back. They left everyone else alone never asking inappropriate questions or bothering us every minute.
