I went in and they had a nice selection but no employees tried to help me. I stood at the registers for almost five minutes while the older woman up there ignored me and just kept boxing up whatever it was she was boxing up. So I left what I was going to buy there and walked out instead. Gave me enough time to not want it anymore.

New Sandy location that took over Barnes & Noble by the Sandy Target. Huge store with a great children’s shoe selection. Only took 1 star off because of a few unprofessional employees. Didn’t catch names but around 8:30pm on Nov 27, there were a few dark haired men in the changing room lobby area just throwing profanity at each other and these weren’t guests, they were 100% employees. I saw some employees walk over to try and break up the situation but super unprofessional and they need to be fired.I wasn’t the only guests that was walking around and heard it all. Basically 2-3 employees bashing and swearing at each other. Everyone else I encountered was great, just not those in the changing room.Anyways I will go back because of their selection of children shoes & everything! Glad to finally see it open!

I just visited the new Sandy location off state street between Old Navy and Target (Use to be Barnes and Noble location). I was pleased with the amount of clothing inventory, found my favorite hair spray at a good price, and a cute Christmas decoration. I selected and tried on a lot of clothes and that’s where things went downhill. I was disgusted with how filthy the dressing room was. It ruined all the pants I tried on getting the hems filthy. I had to wash my feet when I got home. They had gotten black! I stopped in their restroom after my try-on session and found it to be more disgusting. The floor appeared as if it hadn’t been cleaned ever. Employees seem young and inexperienced. I can overlook that because the store is so new, but there’s no excuse for not cleaning the store. First impressions are everything and I will think twice about returning.
