We are now almost 45 days into our new mattress and it has been amazing. Thanks to Luke we were able to get the mattress we needed that actually solved my back issues. So huge win for us. Luke was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to listen to the issues and point was to exactly what we needed. Would definitely go here again.!

We just wanted pillows so we stopped in here to see what they offered. Luke helped us and was very helpful and kind. My wife has a bad back so he had her lay down on one bed and brought all the pillows to her and they had a large assortment so it took a while. He took the covers on each pillow off and showed us the filling and gave us pros and cons of each. We found a style we each liked and they had a 2 for 1 sale so we bought them. Only negative is the pillows can't be returned so you have to be sure of what you want.

Gabe was friendly (but not pushy) from the very beginning. He was incredibly knowledgeable and answered every one of my many questions in a way that was completely understandable. He was patient and offered me options - he didn’t try to upsell. I highly recommend Mattress Firm and Gabe if you’re considering getting a new bed and or mattress!

I had really avoided mattress shopping, Luke was amazing, though. He took an overwhelming amount of information and made it digestible. He set up my delivery which went very smoothly. I ended up with two mattresses and I'm really happy with both!

I had a fantastic experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Luke! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Luke really knows everything about the mattresses and pillows in the store, and he took the time to answer all my questions. He was very responsive, patient, and made me feel completely welcome from the moment I walked in. Shopping for a mattress can be overwhelming, but Luke made the whole process easy and stress-free.
